I came here earlier this week and got the teriyaki chicken w brown rice to go. I got home and realized they put hardly ANY rice in it. I called the store and spoke to the manager. He said they would give me a free replacement meal anytime this week– no questions asked. Went in and got it tonight, and it was much better! Appreciate good customer service like that!

I brought in a coupon for a free bowl, for my birthday. It lacked the necessary code on the coupon from my email. The manager looked up my information and found the code for me.

I just wanted to say thank you to them for being welcoming and kind after a horrible incident dealing with the rude staff at Pluckers in the same shopping center. Their staff welcomed me in, helped me and let me work when I truly needed to. Thank you!
