Dry Clean Supercenter

I have given this place two chances. Both experiences were terrible! On the first visit, I dropped off a black coat. I couldn’t believe the condition I got it back in. It was filled with red fibers, everywhere! I can’t believe someone didn’t notice that before giving it to me. They took it back and I received it the next time in good condition. Ok I’ll let that incident slide.
Second time! I dropped off a dress filled with sequins a friend let me borrow for a wedding. I drop it off, paid, got my ticket, left. I come back when they told me to, which was the following Friday. As soon as I get there, they guy looks like he was trying to tell me something but can’t get it out. What happened to my dress?! Finally he tells me that they couldn’t clean the dress because of some sequins falling off and that he should of inspected it before he sent it off but he didn’t and also that he meant to call me but he didn’t. Way to do your job sir! So after looking at the dress, I decide to call the owner of the dress to make sure she’s aware of the condition of the dress before I take it back with responsibility. I can’t get a hold of her so I tell him I’ll be back for the dress with her. This is when he starts arguing with me! The guy had the nerve to raise his voice at me, try to blame me for the condition of the dress, and wasted even more of my time! After all this I just told him to give me my ticket and that I would be back with the owner of the dress.
Soooo unprofessional! I hope everyone who reads this thinks twice before brining their business here! There is seriously a dry cleaning place at every shopping block in this neighborhood. With that being said, no one has time for awful service. Avoid coming here!

We have visited this store on numerous occasions. Mony (manager) is truly fabulous. He always has a smile, and is very inviting to all of his customers.
They are great about sticking to the schedule, and I have always been happy with their service.

Unbelievably affordable. Both of the workers are outstandingly helpful. What else could I ask for?! My go to dry cleaning spot from now on.
