Good pizza, poor management. Ordered a couple pizza’s for pickup, the manger said 20 minutes, but I sat and waited for an hour, truly awful at time management. No apology either.

If you’re willing to pay, the pizza is well worth its price! By far my favorite pizza delivery chain in the metroplex. The margarita and pepperoni are great!

Best. Pizza. In. Dallas.Period. The guys who work there are funny and always nice too. Thin crust. The veggie is good if you like olives — black AND green. I usually order 3 topping. Black olive, pineapple, mushroom is my fave. They even have recycled boxes now!

I called right before closing time for a delivery and Jared answered the phone with a great attitude and sense of humor. I live right by the cut off point of delivery and yet he went above and beyond and also made the delivery himself to assure that I could still be accommodated even if they were about to close. He could have brushed me off due to my location and the time I placed my order but instead he made me feel valuable as a customer and I appreciate his attitude as well as being so personable on the phone. That is what customer service is all about! «Big Brother» pizza and cheesecake also wonderful as always!

Takeout only. I have had i Fratelli Pizza several times and never liked it. This is purely a matter of taste, however, because others do like it. To me, though, it tastes like cardboard. Has very little flavor. The crust is pretty thin and a bit crispy. Definitely not the place to go if you want deep dish. Or for a hand-tossed, New York-style pizza, try Piggie Pies. They are amazing.

The location on Greenville does not have seating, it is takeout only. That said, the pizza crust was wonderfully thin and tasted fresh. The sauce is tangy(and a bit salty) and flavorful; the pepperoni was good quality. The price is a bit higher than the chains, but I think the quality is worth it. I definitely would order from here again.

Ordered the pizza thinking it was a true NY pizza… well…I wasn’t blown away and it was far from the true NY pizza I grew up with. The crust is paper thin and the pizza was square. To me, the pizza is just ok, but if I want the real NY pizza taste… I’ll have to keep looking…

I live in University Park and every time I order pizza from here it gets to the house almost as fast as jimmy johns. Their pizza is delicious and their breadsticks are good although I wish they offered cheesy bread. I don’t think you’ll find a better option for delivery in Dallas.

Yes!!! My new favorite pizza place in Dallas! I am new to Dallas thou, so keep that in mind! The pizza is awesome and the employees are always super friendly. I’ve never had delivery so I can’t comment on that, but whenever I go in to pick up my pizza, the staff is great!

Best delivery pizza I’ve found in Dallas. Thin crust. Crispy. Great fresh ingredients. Pleasant on the phone and at the door. Reasonably priced. So long Campisis. Ya just aren’t what ya used to be. But I will keep coming back for your scampi apps.

We had a less than stellar experience with this location on Saturday. We ordered pizza from the SMU location at 12:35 and were told that the pizza would arrive in 40 – 45 minutes. At 1:25, we called to check on the delivery and were told the driver had left 10 minutes ago and should be there ‘any minute’. At 1:55 the pizza finally arrived, absolutely cold. The only reason we are not giving this a lower rating is due to other times when we have received our pizza on time and piping hot. I hope this was an unusual occurrence and not something we will have happen again.

This is my favorite pizza place in the Dallas area. They have a large variety of toppings, including veggies. I would recommend the Big Brother(its their supreme). The people that work there have always been quick to fill my order and friendly.

Great pizza and quick delivery! I always order whenever I don’t feel like cooking and they are always very nice and very prompt. This place reminds me of New York style pizza, I love the thin crust pepperoni! Very delicious and we will continue to order delivery from them!

My go-to place for delivery. The pizza is solidly good– crispy crust, fresh toppings, and lots of options. Their online specials are a pretty good deal too.

I’ve been a fan of their pizza for a long time but hadn’t had it in ages. I ordered 4 or 5 pizzas and salad for a work meeting. Not only was the food great, they helped me determine the best choices and amounts to order, followed up with me afterwards, AND sent a handwritten thank you note. This is how business SHOULD be done. They were lovely. Customer for life, right here.

The first time I called in an order there the guy on the phone says, «Hmmm.interesting combination… whatever…» Uhhh… listen here pizza expert – make the pie and shut up about it. Second time the guy at the counter interrupts the transaction to take a non-essential personal call. I know it was non-essential because I stood there and got to listen to it. I Fratelli makes the thin crust pizza cut into little rectangles. I call it in and pick it up. And usually the folks are pleasant enough. I wish they would open one closer to my home. And I wish they would have specials.

My friend knew about this place, said it was locally owned and made some good pizza. The first time we got pick-up and got the Big Brother, a thin, crispy crust pizza topped with pepperoni, Italian sausage, green onions, green bell peppers and mushrooms. It was delicious! The green onions added on the pizza really adds a wonderful texture and taste to the already out-of-the-world pizza. The large was huge, we barely got ¾ of the way through it. The second time I ordered delivery, same pizza and a slice of their cheesecake with strawberry sauce. Mmmm… the pizza is just as good as the first. I got the medium this time, which is a good size for 2 people. Their cheesecake was creamy, but not as soft and rich as I would have liked, but the pizza more than made up for it. What most impressed me about this place was that the service is AMAZING. The guy who took my order was so SO so nice. The delivery guy called me to make sure he would deliver the pizza in a timely manner. AND no extra charge for delivery! I will be sure to be ordering from this place again and again.

Great for thin, crackery crusted pizza. The crust is somewhere between Campisi’s style and a true cracker crust, so the range of texture is awesome, and as you can see in my photo, it is wonderfully charred without becoming too carbon-y and burnt. Their specialty pie, the Big Brother, is pretty good but my favourite is their margherita. It is fresh, not too cheese coated, and the crust and sauce really shine through. It is also particularly delicious topped with a forkful of their house salad. Their breadsticks are good but weren’t good enough to become part of my standard i Fratelli order(which is 1 large margherita pizza and two house salads.) Check their website as they have online deals which I always use to save a dollar or two on my order.

«Never trust a round pizza» is their little tag line. I don’t discriminate, round, oblong, square, I’m good with whatever shape. We went in to order(no eating in unless you’d like to eat off your lap) a pie and decided to go with the manager’s special. We got a large 2 topping(pepperoni and jalapenos) and 2 salads. SOMEONE was also craving a brownie, so that was snuck into the order as well. The pizza crust here is thin, but not cracker like. It’s got this unusual texture to it, multi grainish. Sorta like tricuits taste, but not as gritty. It was different and I didn’t love it, but I sure didn’t hate it. Definitely just something that makes you go «hmmmm» It wasn’t very greasy and toppings were present. Good amount of both pepperoni and jalapenos on all pieces. I think the oblong shape, with the cuts in strips makes me eat more pizza. I don’t have a gauge with this shape yet so before I knew it, we were down to 4 strips… I had to blow the whistle. The salad was just lettuce, 1 banana pepper and 1 green olive. A couple of cut up pieces of green onion and this odd dressing. It was light, with parm cheese in it? I’m normally a dip and spear salad eater, but this one had me pouring the container of dressing on the greens since it would just slide off the fork. It was ok, but just plain. I would actually like a 3.5, but a couple of things pushed it into 4. The guy who took our order was really friendly. Almost too friendly, where you sorta start feeling uncomfortable, because everything he says is an attempt at a joke. Well, he also hooked us up with that aforementioned brownie for free! It was dense and pretty good with a spread of walnuts. I’m guessing not homemade, but it made a nice sweet snack. And, you can sign up for their email club which promises some free food.
