Great local place to meet with friends and chat over a nice cup of something hot OR cold. Lots of choices on the drink menu!
Sandwich & chips were delicious! Love being able to build my own on their easy dry erase sandwich menu’s.
Owners very sweet & helpful.
Bathroom is always clean.

I enjoyed a delicious, nutritious and healthy lunch of «Loaded Potato» soup. Tico’s Coffee is the best. Enjoyed the atmosphere and friendly owners, making sure I had a good lunch. I’ll be back.

The best coffeehouse in Dallas, just across from the Courthouse downtown. Jeff and Robin Mexico are the owners. They have brought new life to this café by remodeling and bringing in new products. All of the staff does their best to make you feel at home!
