Chipotle Mexican Grill

I never write reviews but I had to write a review about this place. By far the best chipotle workers I’ve ever encountered. They were all super friendly, helpful, fast and super nice and did great at their job. Fantastic workers. I was here at 10÷9÷15 at 6:30 PM, and the guys here should so get recognized in some way by chipotle.

I love chipotle but this one is the worst, they give the stingiest portions I’ve ever seen

This location had been really bad lately. After today, I will never go back to this one. Every time my steak is fatty and grisly. This is multiple pieces. It really is disappointing bc this one is right by my office and I usually love chipotle. They need to do a better job monitoring their meat and who cuts it.

I guess you can’t have both, great food and good service. Knowing you’re going to have good dinner but the awful attitude of a staff makes me just want to throw it in her face. She was just horrible cursing quietly at the customers to her fellow worker that they should have locked the door etc. I was very uncomfortable hearing that and was she expecting sympathy from me? My advice to her is get a job you like and stop with the attitude! Nobody cares about bad attitude! Great food, awful customer service. (it was only 1 lady that seems to be having the bad attitude. The heavy set lady)

I live in MS where Chipoltle grill is unheard of. I heard great things about my the restaurant via Internet so I had to try. The service was fast and beyond affordable. The workers kinda looked at me crazy when I said that it was my first time eating there. I got a steak and chicken salad. It wasn’t half bad. It reminded me a little of the cantina bowl from Taco Bell. I wasn’t so happy about the tough chewy fat tht was on a lot of the chips of steak but overall the salad taste pretty good. I will probably visit again one day and try the burrito.

I’m a regular at the Chipotle at Southwestern/​75 and it’s always been a good one. But no such luck tonight at Preston Center. Shame on me for expecting quality food ten minutes before closing time. The staff was diligently seeing that they had no waste, so had been nursing a tub of grilled veggies for an hour or two and I was there for the last few mushy scraps. I asked if they had any fresher ones around and got the «we’ll make you some, but it will take a while,» or in other words, «I’m only making $ 8.50 an hour and want to get outta here ASAP and I couldn’t care less about whether your meal is good or not, gringo.» Well, it was awful. All the ingredients were obviously hours old and I ended up just chucking the burrito and going next door. Oh, and the healthy rap they spew was nowhere to be seen, as they were out of organically raised chicken and were serving up the factory farm chickens, or should I say the foul fowl? Won’t be back there any time soon. Freebirds for me from now on.

So I walked right passed this Chipotle because it doesn’t have a big sign over the sidewalk like the other restaurants on this strip do… lol. Anywho, back to Chipotle… can you really go wrong with Chipotle? I’m pretty consistent when it comes to Chipotle — brown rice bowl, grilled veggies, black beans, chicken and a little cheese. If I’m feeling a little frisky I might add some guac… lol. Anywho, I have yet to find a Chipotle that messes that up… and I hope I never do ^.^ The employees here are pretty friendly and do a good job with servicing the guests… no complaints at all!

I come here for the salads since they are so quick and good. Lately, I’ve been going with the following: lettuce, black beans, brown rice, corn salsa, and sometimes chicken. I always get the salad dressing and use a ¼ of the cup that they give me.
I will continue to come here for the salads since they are so fun and I can custom make them!

This location really skrimps on the goods. They remind me of Subway and how when you ask for pickles you get a pickle. No dude I said pickleS — that means more than one! The quality & freshness of food is good but expect less than healthy sized portions except of hot sauce or lettuce.

You know how when you go into a certain bar or restaraunt that you frequent that sometimes they will throw you a bone like throwing in something extra for free? Well don’t expect that here.
Do expect a great burrito though.

We all know the burritos are the size of your head. Can you really have quantity and quality? Yes! You can spell perfection in the barbacoa burrito, not the real Mexican style, more like pure brisket. The ingredients are always top quality and fresh. I think this location is still waiting on their liquor license, still.
