Chick-fil-A

I visited this location late afternoon on a Saturday and used a free sandwich coupon. There was no line inside (drive-​thru was packed). The restaurant was clean and they gave me no hassle with the coupon. Before I could finish paying for my fries to go with the sandwich, they had my order hot and ready right there at the counter! Chik fil A sauce was given freely. Sandwich and fries were both fresh and the booth was clean. All the ketchu, bbq sauce and other condiments are stocked with napkins and straws at the bar near the registers.

I recently went to this location and ordered my lunch through drive-​thru. I ordered a number one on a wheat bun with extra pickles. I understand during lunch every Chick Fil A can be a little hectic, but I ended up with another customer’s order. Unfortunately I did not realize this until after I had gotten back to work. So rather than my original order, what I had received was a number one with NO pickles and pepper jack cheese. I ended up giving my meal to another employee since cheese tends to cause my skin to break out.
I reached out to Chick Fil A and got a response from an Operating Partner, John Barba. His response was pretty much, sorry to hear that, thanks for letting us know. No offer for a refund or maybe a free fry for my next visit… nothing. I of course shoot back with an email with my unsatisfied feeling, we went back and forth and he commented that I have made a prior complaint with Chick Fil A (because you definitely shouldn’t have more than 1 in the last 15+ years you’ve been eating there) and he said he would train his staff accordingly and he sees this issue as resolved. While he did try and call, I don’t take personal phone calls while I am in the office. I did respond to him via email letting him know that I wish his establishment well, but I am sure they will do just fine with 4 less customers and that I have no intention of going to any of the locations that he, or Operator Jeff White, run.
While this really was a minute issue, it became more about the principal of how you treat customers who spend their hard earn money there.

I eat here at least 4 times a week, everything on the menu tastes great and I love the staff — Chickfila is the Disney for fast food. :)

Chick-​Fil-​A is definitely one of the most progressive fast food chains out there. It’s a small wonder why parents and people in general like eating here:
— They fry the chicken in peanut oil
— Their waffle fries, BBQ sauce, and sweet tea!
— Bringing food to your table and picking up items for you is «[their] pleasure»! Fantastic fast-​food service.
— Sticky table cover for the kiddos
— Anti-​Bac Wipes outside the indoor play area
— And the latest and greatest thing they’ve implemented is the basket by the trash can where you can return the unused condiments and utensils.
I truly wish someone would enforce the height limit of the play area though, especially when it gets crowded with big and little bodies.

Love the spicy chicken sandwich. I always crave it more on Sunday’s lol

On Google maps it says they’re open till 12 AM BS they’re only open till 10 you would think a place like this would get their s*** straight I drove all the way out here instead had to enjoy some amazing in-​n-​out which really was probably better than Chick-​fil-​A anyways. Chick-​fil-​A is not open till when they say they’re open on Google maps

Love chickfila! What great healthy food on the go. This location is very conveniently located with great service!

Eat here at least once a week for lunch. Love to get different things. Always good and fresh. Salads & soup are my favs. Kept clean too!

I love Chick Fil A but this location is one of my favorites, always very clean, friendly staff and double drive thru that always moves fast, in general great customer service

It’s Chick Fil A. Of course they get 5 stars. I look forward to those chaotic days that leave me no time to cook. Just means one more yummy chikn sandwich in my belly.

Pros — reasonably fresh fast food and very friendly, polite staff.
Cons — avoid the drive-​thru in the morning. Very slow and inefficient. I know the staff is trained to be polite, but efficiency and speed matters more in the morning than slow politeness. It’s quicker to go in and get your food to go.

This chickfila is probably the best in the Dallas area. Drinks were perfect, sauces were all there. Drive through attendee was
Super friendly and gave great customer service! Order was accurate, Fries were hot, and food was good.

My wife found a living WORM in one of the blueberries she was cutting up to feed to our 1-​year-​old daughter. If she hadn’t have cut the fruit, my daughter would have eaten this worm. Makes me wonder how many worms I have eaten in my salads…

And what’s WORSE, is two weeks after I called to inform them that their food had worms in it, they sent me something for free… a coupon for a free fruit cup. REALLY?

This is my 2^nd favorite Chick-​fil-​a after the one in Rockwall. I grade Chick-fil-a’s on the sweetness of their tea and while the tea here is good, I prefer the taste of Rockwall’s sweet tea. Aside from that, the food meets the same good quality standards that you find at all the other locations. They also have a double drive thru ordering process which helps cut down on congestion.

Every time I come here I dislike it more & more. I brought my daughter here one time to play in the playroom & she got the flu –I know it’s from here because we were at home for days before & after visiting here.
Today I came for the free breakfast day which I participate in every year or so when they have it. I always get the spicy chicken biscuit but now since they have the app they scan, they can’t give me the spicy chicken, only regular! It’s 2 cents difference! Seriously? Not everyone has bland taste buds! I was actually going to buy a drink & some other items but that just ticked me off so much that I just opted for a free water & that’s it. What made it worse was that the cashier got an attitude with me after I expressed my dissatisfaction. And no I didn’t yell or cause a scene. Sooo she ignored my presence the rest of the time, didn’t check on my order which I saw sit on their counter for 5 minutes. I know that isn’t a very long time but when it comes to food, it’s 6 hours of time. I also saw an off duty employee behind the counter at the expedite counter getting his personal food in his street clothes – cowboys jersey & jeans & cap. How unprofessional that looked. ALSO, a customer that arrived 8 minutes after me got his free biscuit before I did! That’s just the one I saw. I don’t know how many others in front of me got there’s. The lady (not the one that took my order because she was too busy ignoring me & getting other people’s orders out) that finally handed me my food was unfriendly & not smiling – something I am not accustomed to from Chick-​fil-​a.
I guess I will be driving an extra 10 minutes out of my way to go to the one with friendly people & great service on Hillcrest & University. I love that Chick-​fil-​a.
Or better yet, I can’t wait until their competitor opens up & I find a new chicken home.

This location is so freaking popular! Don’t be surprised if you catch yourself waiting in line from the street just to get into the parking lot. Once you get closer, the line splits into two and moves relatively quickly
I noticed on one of my last trips that the serve-​yourself area has expanded. Not only is there ketchup but now you can get packets of honey-​bbq sauce, hot sauce, REAL honey and a few other things that I don’t care about. Ya’ll ever had honey on hot fries?! That stuff is baller. Don’t go there and eat it all and ruin this for me. Just a helpful tip.
I’ve never had anything less of a stellar experience here and I visit enough to get a nickname from the staff. When I worked at Taco Bell, we had a customer we called Napkin Lady. I hope my nickname is cooler than that.

This may be my favorite Chick-​fil-​a ever! They have the usual great food that you expect from Chick-​fil-​a but the staff is really nice as well.
If you’ve been to Chick-​fil-​a before, you know what they are all about. The food is delicious and relatively healthy as far as fried chicken goes. They also have wraps and salads for those of you who are clearly more health conscious than I am. You can even substitute a fruit cup for their waffle fries, but I question the sanity of anyone who does this.
I really like the staff here. They are really nice and seem to actually enjoy their jobs. This is quite a change from many fast food spots!
One of the more interesting features of this Chick-​fil-​a is the double drive through. There are two lanes that take orders, but what makes this unique is that the second lane also does food delivery. I was curious about how this works, so the store manager actually walked me behind the counter so that I could see the conveyor belt that takes the bags from the main kitchen over to the island window. It was fun to see in action!
Overall, I love this Chick-​fil-​a and really like the helpful staff. It’s a great place to visit!

At here and sat inside on our way out of town. Everything was a typical Chick-​fil-​A experience.
Staff was friendly from ordering to the person taking care of the seating area. Ordering was a breeze, food came quickly, all sauces accounted for and seating area was very clean. Food was fresh and up to usual standard.
Seating area attendant refilled our drinks twice and was quite prompt and had a smile.
Overall, a typical experience for this chain.

Ok I usually don’t get what’s up with the big hype on chick fil A but there customer service is on point. They have a large staff that literally caters to your every need. Plus they care about your fast food experience.

It’s chick fil a!!! Why would I give it anything else besides 5 stars. Great location great team, it can be very busy in the afternoon but they’ve become very efficient with the double drive through
