The food was just ok. I had enchiladas rojas and the end the tortillas were extremely hard, the rice was dry, the beans had NO flavor but the red sauce was flavorful. My family had the quesadillas. They were flavorful but way too greasy. Now the service I think I can go on forever about. There were no prices on the menu and the cashier could not tell me how much everything was. When I asked for a specific item on the menu she pointed to it instead of speaking to me. I asked for water to drink and she informed me that they had no water. I asked how they managed to cook with no water and she then informed me that«they had no water for me to drink». She didn’t thank us for for ordering and when it was time to sign the receipt she handed it to me and looked away. I will not go back to this facility. Not only because of the mediocre food but I will never go anywhere that has bad customer service.

Very disappointed. Very first time trying out Cesar Tacos decided to give it a try. Worst mistake I made by coming here. Rice did not look fresh at all looks like I has been sitting in a heat lamp longer then what it should be in and not even warm. Beans as well not even warm but cold. The thing that disgusted me the most was as I was seeing what look like a hair under my burrito. Ruined my appetite completely no even thinking of choosing this place again.

Went here for my first time trying Cesar’s Tacos. I had seen them around the DFW area and thought I’d check them out. First thing was that there were no prices posted! Look at the menu board and ask the girl behind the counter how much. Do prices change depending on who’s behind the counter or on who the customer is? Second thing was that prices weren’t that great for what you get. Tacos were ok, not bad, not great. Probably won’t try them again, but now at least I know when I see those bright yellow buildings.

It’s definitely a change from Cali Mexican food. Alpastor was okay, chewy and not to much of a taste of authentic pastor, the barbacoa was good. Rice and beans had a good home taste. Over all Cali hands down beats this… But hey no to shabby for Dallas…

Ok place a regular taco joint, that serves more than tacos they have lots of different things on the menu from tacos, hamburgers, tortas, flautas and even fish. it was late when I came here and it was nice and clean and quiet hardly any people but granted it was the middle of the week. Cesars tacos is always a great place to get something to eat and in oakcliff there is usually one near by.

I do a lot of work at Mountain View College and if I don’t pack my lunch I go to Cesars #10. I always get the same thing. #1 tacos with picadillo and a large horchata. I freaking crave their Mexican tacos. Picadillo is ground beef with potatoes and spices, they put that inside 2 corn tortillas and then give you chopped cilantro, chopped onions, and limes. Side of spanish rice and beans are good. I have had their flautas as an add-on side and they are average at best. I stick with the lime drenched picadillo tacos. so good. its midnight and I am getting hungry thinking about it. No idea if they make or buy their horchata but it is good, but I am usually very thirsty by the time i get there. Its always full of Hispanics so they must be doing something right…
