I treated my State Farm employees to an appreciation dinner last night and Zee went over and beyond to make us feel special. If you’re looking for well prepared food, great service, and an ambience that encourages conversation, this where you’ll want to set your next dinner reservation. Try the snowball and/or crème brûlée for dessert!

Classic deliciousness! We loved this place! The food was so good and the service impeccable. My husband had the traditional spaghetti and meatballs and it was home cooked goodness. I had the angel hair pasta with shrimp and sundried tomatoes. Soooooooooo good! We started with the crab claws and enjoyed dipping our bread in the delicious sauce. For dessert we had their famous“snowball” with delicious port that was complimentary. Can’t believe we’ve lived her 7 years and never been here. We will be regulars from now on.

I am perplexed by the near perfect star reviews. I guess reviewing a restaurant for Mother’s Day dinner may not be all fair. The service was nice. Friendly and professional although he didn’t offer a choice between soup and salad, forgot to bring Parmesan cheese for the pasta and didn’t explain our food as he did to the table next to us as my 9 year old pointed out. The food was just not very good. My son asked for the mushroom soup instead of the salad and our server joked he opened a new can for him. Not sure it was joke. Having just moved to the area, we wanted to find a place we can be ‘regulars’ at but I think we will be looking a bit more.

Awesome. I had the Veal Diane. VEAL with crabmeat. Best Veal I have had and I travel a lot. Tony the bartender was great. The simple house salad was incredible. When in Dallas skip the TexMex and steaks and come here. You will not be disappointed. Pretty good Tiramisu to end the meal.

We came for dinner on Tuesday and had reservations for the patio. Unfortunately, the weather(and the owner, Zee) had us indoors. The ambiance, service and FOOD were exquisite! In the words of the Terminator, «I’ll be back!» I recommend the crab claw appetizer, Spaghetti with meatballs(nice sauce and succulent meat balls) and the Penne with Italian Sausage!

Excellent restaurant! We had a business dinner there and the food and service were outstanding! I can’t wait to go there again.

The food was good. However the customer service was amazing. Zee the owner there is so friendly and genuine. I would have given 5 stars, but food in comparison to the price was ok. I expected it to be amazing and it was just good. I would go back again because the service was top notch.

It is unusual to find a restaurant that does so much for someone with food allergies. They went out of their way to accommodate it, with a smile!

It was all excellent! Stuffed mushrooms were a very pleasant surprise. Enjoyed the remaining lightly-lemoned bechamel sauce on the garlic bread! Absolutely perfect service, apps, salad/soup, and entrees for a group of 10 were timed perfectly. Fresh and hot. Some of the entrees: Linguini Pescatore — perfectly cooked jumbo shrimp, as well as the smaller ones in the oil and garlic sauce, mussels clams and crab claws. Lasagna — classic and flavorful Rigatoni with Italian Sausage — huge pieces and portion of sausage in a terrific marinara A couple of snowballs and Dulce de leche Cheesecake for dessert Along with extra fresh warm Chocolate Chip cookies and Macadamia cookies. Overall terrific experience!

Really liked it here, was very impressed by a staff that know how to build loyal customers. Charming little place with extraordinary service. Started with the tomato mozzarella salad which was nice and then had the veal piccata with a little pile of penne and meat sauce with some veggies. All very good. Finished with the crème brûlée which instead of the normal little ramekins, was made in a little pastry cup that was crunchy like a cookie. I will go back here again anytime I’m in the area.

Oh Man. The 5th star goes to the food runner. Early in the meal he asked me if I wanted more bread, I declined and said I would want more with my entrée… 30 seconds after our entrees were delivered BOOM fresh garlic/pesto bread! The.Perfect.Timing. it’s the little things for me; I like hot bread with my hot meal so I appreciated that… now to the food… This was our first time trying this place and we are glad we did… To start: The most smoothest amazingest mushroomiest soup of all. It was amazing. Garlic/pesto bread: the bread they bring for the table is better than what most places charge you for it is so good. Crabclaws: They were fresh, good in size and served in a light sauce. Very tasty. These were $ 12, Compared to the crab claws at Patrizio that sell for $ 20 this a much better bang for your buck. Lasagna: the sauce was delicious, this is one of my benchmarks for Italian restaurants and they definitely passed. Chicken alfredo: classic, nothing but goodness no criticism even if I had to. Not too heavy not too light. Dessert: what they are known for«the snowball» it was vanilla ice cream with toasted almonds I believe and fudge, I’m sure I’m leaving something out but it was a good recommendation we both enjoyed it. Try. This. Place.

I’ve been here quite a few times now and I believe it’s safe to say they’ve earned these 5 stars. Everything is always fresh and delicious. The service is impeccable and they have great wine selection. Another thing about this place is that you can actually have a conversation while you dine. So many places in Dallas have amazing food and service, but are lacking in this area. Bugatti’s is very intimate and peaceful. Great place for family dinners.

I can’t believe I haven’t written a review for Bugatti. I’ve been enjoying the excellent service and cuisine for years. I was first introduced to Bugatti through my company, but I’ve been coming back for years because the service and the food have been consistent over the years. Zee and his staff are wonderful host; you feel special from the time you walk through the door until you leave. The meals are traditional, but modern. I’ve had a variety of dishes over the years, all were exceptional. Some of my favorites… Capelli D’Angelo — Angel hair pasta with fresh shrimp. Everything is so fresh and light, if pasta can be light lol. The sweet flavor of the shrimp shines. It’s seems like a simply dish, but it’s done excellently. Grilled Salmon — A perfect temperature on the salmon and the fresh dill sauce is definitely one of the best. I’m never sure which I enjoy more, the salmon or the dill sauce… perfect match! Cream of Mushroom Soup — I must say, I generally don’t like mushrooms, but Wow! I first tried this soup because a co-worker made it. One spoonful and I’ve loved it ever since. It’s the only Mushroom Soup I’ll eat. The Linguine with Calm sauce and the Gnocchi are other must tries. You will love the service; you can’t help feeling special by the time you leave.

Being relatively new to the area, we had been searching for a great Italian restaurant and after our meal last night, there is no need to look any further. The service was formal & attentive, but not overbearing, even reminiscent of some of the great institutions back in NOLA like Antoine’s, Galatoire’s or Tujaque’s, where the front house is filled with true professionals. Tony was engaging and took excellent care of us. Highlights from the meal included the crab claws(with bread to mop up this delicious sauce), mushroom soup, veal milanese with fettuccini alfredo, ravioli marinara, gnocchi and a great wine selection, both on and off the menu. Zee takes the time to learn about everyone in the party, including first names, preferences, etc. An added bonus — our young children were whisked away to the kitchen at the end of the meal and outfitted with aprons and chef’s hats to create their own dessert, while my wife and I enjoyed a complimentary limoncello and port. How much did we enjoy it? Well, we made a reservation for next week before we left last night. That’s a first in my book.

My wife and I joined my aunt and uncle here for dinner on a Wednesday night. We had made a reservation by phone in advance but it was not necessary as their were many empty table around 6pm when we arrived. The restaurant was much larger than I thought and harder to find than expected. It’s street address suggests it is right on the corner but it is in fact quite hidden from the main road. Fortunately there are some small arrow signs pointing you in the right direction once in the parking lot. The staff were wonderful and made us feel right at home. Our server gave us highlights on the menu, shared some daily specials and selected a lovely Chianti for us to enjoy. My wife and aunt picked their lasagna which turned out to be huge. They both raved about it. My uncle got spaghetti with Italian sausage and they offered to mix in some onions and peppers which he went for. Turned out to be another huge serving and even after fifteen minutes it barely looked like he put a dent in it. I don’t have to tell you what I ordered as I always pick chicken parm. Their chicken parm was thin, lightly breaded and reasonable in size. I paired it with linguine and it came with some steamed veggies as well. Very nice enjoyable dish that I was able to polish off. For dessert, we got a couple of crème brûlée and their signature snowball. The brûlée was beautiful presented with a strawberry swirled sauce around the edge of the plate and served in an edible pie crust. The snowball was like a vanilla fudge sundae wrapped up in a ball and topped with nuts. Very delicious and it disappeared fast. We ended up hanging out yapping for three hours before leaving. Even with us adding to the noise, the dining room is quiet and intimate for a date. We’ll return on a future trip to Dallas for sure.

Excellent as usual. My go to place anytime I’m in Dallas. Friendly and knowledgeable wait staff. Excellent menu choices, although I always seem to get the Fettuccini Alfredo with chicken. Last time I was here I flew my wife down just so she could see what I was describing to her. Highly recommended.

Dusty and stained ceiling over your head, thread bare industrial carpet under your feet. Need I say more? If those two restaurant no no’s are not enough to turn off an appetite then you’re dealing with a pretty strong stomach. I entered this establishment once before and it was deserted. I asked the host if they were opened and he said yes. One look around and I did an about face. A couple of weeks later a couple of friends and I were looking for a place to dine. They told me they had lunch there once before and it was good and that I should give this place a shot. We’re seated and there is one other table in the entire restaurant that is occupied. The first thing I noticed was the dusty and stained ceiling tile overhead. When the server pulled out my chair I realized that the floor was covered with some of the cheapest, oldest, most thread bare industrial carpet I had ever seen. I don’t understand for the love of me why any eating establishment would have anything but tile or wood on the floor. How in the world can carpet ever be sanitized at the end of the night? The servers all wore black trousers and white long sleeve shirt and went about their duty with an air of importance and all I could think to myself is have they taken a look around? Especially at the floor? Gross! I ordered chicken and penne and it came with minestrone soup. The soup had absolutely no flavor. It was a tad sour and that’s about it. The entre fared no better. Talk about unremarkable. I’ve had much better and tastier food at the olive garden. Not to mention the olive garden’s main dining room is more sanitary. This place gets two huge thumbs down.

Clearly no one that is giving this place good reviews has ever eaten real Italian food before… take it from a New Yorker, this place is not worth your time or the tons of money they will take from you. We paid $ 50 for a piece of lasagna and«shrimp scampi» that was the farthest from authentic Italian I have ever had. Won’t be back here again– super disappointed because we live right around the corner. Don’t wast your money here– try Al’s Pizza down the street

Life is full of present surprises and I’m happy to say this restaurant is one of them. What makes a good restaurant truly exceptional is the service and this restaurant exemplifies a great dining experience. My girlfriend and I randomly decided to check this place out after seeing the great reviews and we weren’t disappointed. The décor is great and there was a rose on every table. It is a classy restaurant and we felt a little under dressed. Even so, the staff was extremely nice and attentive to our needs. We had questions and they gave us great recommendations. The food was absolutely delicious. Midway through our meal the owner, Mr. Bugatti, came and introduced himself and chatted with us for a bit. We told him our names and then he continued on his way. When we were leaving he made sure to say goodbye and even remembered our names. We will definitely be going back because the crème brule looks good but we were too stuffed. I can truly say this place made our night so we will definitely be coming back!

This is a tough review to write. FOOD: A+. I have to say it was really good. The food was cooked perfectly and seasoned great. I have NO complaints about the food. SERVICE: Our friend told us about a bad experience and we thought we would give another chance. Our server was Steve and he was horrid. Everything was fine until the end when we went to pay. We are on a work trip and our agency is on our credit card. The guy felt like commenting on us letting«illegals» in and wasting tax payers money because we are not useful employees. He was commenting on how it can’t be that hard and we hire anyone. He continued to lecture us. I did not go there for a lecture on my occupation. I went there for a good meal, and it is a bummer because it is delicious food. One of my co-workers went up to management and the manager had all the staff apologize. I do have to say he handled it exceptionally well. But this is the SECOND time the server has done that and the second time it was brought to management. He should no longer be there, it was terrible. It was hard not to do one star, but I moved it up based on what the manager did. Needless to say, we will not be back and we will let all other people in our occupation know that while visitng here, do not go to Bugatti’s.
