I am a potential renter, so can’t vouch for the quality of the apartments. However, the one person I dealt with in the leasing office was terrible which can have a big impact on your renting/living experience. I visited the property twice. The first time I showed up without an appointment during business hours and ended up waiting 15 minutes outside since no one was available in the leasing office. I called ahead the second time. When I told the leasing agent I was interested in their property, she replied«And you are?» She seemed bewildered that anyone would be interested in the property. I should have taken that as a warning sign. Instead, I asked if I could come by to look at the property. I asked multiple times since it was okay to come see the apartments since it was late in the day and their office was closing in a little over an hour. She said she would show it if I showed up before 6:30. I showed up at 6:10. No one was at the office. I waited 18 minutes, and she finally strolled up at exactly 6:28. She seemed to have planned this as she immediately blurted out«I can’t show the apartments after 6:30» I told her it was actually 6:28(she should have taken a longer stroll staying away from the leasing office). But she replied that it would be 6:30 by the time she got the keys. If Lazy McLazy had no interest in showing apartments for the rest of the day, she should have just told me over the phone so I didn’t have to drive 30 min in rush hour trying to get there in time. I was appalled by the lack of customer service. Extremely inconsiderate. If this is how they treat people they are trying to sell their apartments to, I don’t even want to know how they treat residents who are locked into a contract. As a comparison, I visited L2 uptown the other day fairly late in the day(less than 30 minutes until the office closed). I said I could come back if it was too late in the day. Instead, she was extremely welcoming and showed me the whole property as well as talked me through all my options. I know I dodged a bullet by not leasing with this property, but I am still ticked off that I drove down in heavy traffic, waited 20 minutes, and then was turned away with an extremely rude attitude.

Don’t let the outside or the word luxury fool you. This place is a dump. There is vomit in the halls and entry ways. There are only three elevators for the entire complex and one or two of them is usually out of order weekly. So, if you do choose to live here, make sure you Iive on the second floor or you will be walking stairs. The only good thing about it is the really nice staff… who can’t do anything about all the broke elevators.
