Found hair in my pizza. Mistakes happen — I also own a restaurant. Problem here is the management: 1. Bring Pizza back and once we check it out, well bake you another one. 2. I know you already drove to pickup your pizza the first time but we dont really care — you will need to drive back again if you want your pizza replaced. 3. No you cant bring it back tomorrow and get a refund — it has to be done tonite. Yes, thats their Policy per Hailey the manager.

I often order here for carry out since they are so conveniently located where I can stop by after picking the little ones up from school. I always call my order in and am quoted 10 – 15 mins usually every time. My order is correct and ready when I get there. My pizza is always hot, fresh and smelling good. The customer service is always pleasant. One thing they could do is maybe add a bit more sauce. Picking up my order is always quick and easy.

They are always getting orders wrong, the pizza lacks toppings and sauce. When they get your order wrong and you go up there to fix it, you will have to wait 30 minutes to get helped. Then when they do help you, the guy on the other side of the window will get in your face and cuss you out. I think Pizza Hutt wins our service now.

My husband and I were intrigued by the new advertisements that Dominos had revamped their menu and ingredients, so finally we decided to give it a try. Our favorite, most often ordered(almost weekly) dish is the thin crust Pacific Veggie, which has spinach, roasted red peppers, onions, mushrooms, tomatoes, black olives and feta on a Parmesan crust. From our very first bite both of us were hooked. It truly tastes amazing, addictive even! At a guiltless 110 calories for 1⁄8 of a large pizza, my waistline and taste-buds are thrilled! The feta gives it a nice twang. We order it with pepperoni to satisfy my hubby’s meat-tooth but it is delicious with or without it. We’ve tried the pepperoni pizza and a couple of others and it’s never greasy or lacking flavor, and is now the only pizza delivery we do business with. The website indicates which stage of preparation it’s in, including when it goes out for delivery and it’s always delivered hot and cheerfully. Definitely thumbs up!

Guess what I found out? There is a Santa Claus! You know how I know? Because Domino’s finally added the Philly Cheesesteak Pizza to their regular line-up! Santa DID get my letter! Now, I’ve had my ups and downs with this Domino’s. They’ve been here at this location since 1980-something and nothing much has changed. They seem to be staffed by a lot of high school kids with a couple of old-timers(which is what we called them when we worked at pizza places in high school, now those old guys are probably my age). I’ve had many a screw-up: wrong pizza delivered to me, they forgot a 2-liter of Coke, and one night, it took them almost three hours to deliver our food. I find if I call and complain firmly but nicely, they’ll rectify it by comping our food AND bringing the right pizza/forgotten item. I also like that I can order online, which I can no longer do at a certain other large pizza chain(and no one can seem to tell me why, either). Ordering online puts everything in black and white, so there’s no room for miscommunication. Also, if you order online at Domino’s, this very cool timeline pops up to tell you where your food is(«Jennifer has placed your pizza in the oven… John has boxed your pizza… Jerome has left with your pizza for delivery»). Is the pizza great? No, just good(except for the Philly Cheesesteak which has Pizza Crack in it). But good is good enough when you are too tired to cook and want to eat in less than an hour. Also, there are always coupons and if they screw up, your food is free. Me likey free!

My experience with this location has been poor, both on Delivery and walk-in. This store is a Delivery/Carry-out location, and there is minimal space in the lobby. My experience with carry-out service was lousy. I stopped in to place a carry-out order, figuring it would take me less time than going to the grocery and cooking. Boy was I mistaken. After waiting 10 minutes in the lobby, I was finally approached by an employee. I informed him that I wished to place a carry-out order, and that I would wait for it. I was told that it would be at least 45 minutes. I restated that I wanted it for carry-out, as I thought he may have thought it was delivery. He re-affirmed the previously quoted time of 45 minutes, and asked if I wanted to wait. I said«No thanks» and left. It was clear to me by the attitude and demeanor of the employee that he did not want to make any more pizza that evening. For reference, it was a weeknight, around 7pm. My delivery experience was much better, but still not without hassles. I placed the order on-line, and I did received the pizza I ordered. However, it was over 20 minutes late, and they did not bring the receipt for me to sign. When I received my credit card statement, I was overcharged. I did get the charges fixed, and it wasn’t too difficult, but it was just another hassle I didn’t need to deal with. To top it off, the pizza was cold. Poor service and poor attitude is what this location does best. Do yourself a favor and buy a frozen pizza from the grocer. It’s far less of a hassle.
