Smart Daddy’s New York Style Pizza

Only complaint I have is how stail the tortilla chips were… Which makes me wonder how old was all the rest of the food we ordered… It was worth trying.

I ordered nearly $ 70 worth of food for the first time ordering. I am pretty forgiving and I don’t expect too much. Let me start by saying, this was one of the worst food experiences I’ve had in many years. I wish I was exaggerating.
I let them know I was paying with a $ 100 bill, and the driver shows up short. He then gave me the food and said «I will go to the gas station and get change» with my bill that I gave him… He also forgot to bring the 2 liter that I ordered and went back to the gas station to buy a hot one. My food was absolutely cold and chips were stale the bread from the burger was soggy and falling apart and the fries tasted as if they were from a morning batch that were sitting under a heat lamp all day.
I then called the establishment and spoke to a manager (Alex). I stressed my concerns just to be told «you can give me the food and get a refund or I can just apologize. I’m sorry we don’t deliver on hot plates.». Well how am I suppose to know how the food taste? So I couldn’t return the food. I then said «with how much money I spent I could’ve spent less at Walmart for better food.» The response I then received was «oh I know». There was no concern or any kind of forgiveness. I would understand if I did not spend so much money on food but for them to basically just blow it off was beyond shameful to me. Just horrible customer service and food. Don’t waste your time.

I order from here pretty regularly. Some orders are better than others. I don’t like their salsa much and it’s a little expensive compared to most Mexican restaurants in the area, but they are the only place in the area that will deliver Mexican, burgers and pizza in the same order! And they use gravy on their enchiladas, which I prefer.
Their Mexican food and burgers are decent, but don’t believe the name. Their pizza tastes like cardboard. I could make a better pizza with a lunchable.

This place rocks!!! They have a huge variety of menu selections. I ordered the Enchilada Verde. It was dripping with cheese and meat. Good spicy too. I thought the prices were a bit high until I ate my order. Its good quality food, no cheap trash. I like that the rice and beans side was on the small side, more attention paid to the enchiladas… That’s what I’m talking about.

Tried this place for the first time today. The pizza was OK. Not a big fan of it overall especially the bread. The wings were good and a decent size. The garlic bread isn’t that good either, seemed like something was lacking. Estimated delivery time was 45−60min and got here within 40 min.

Tried this for the first time. Got a cheese and pepperoni pizza. Not bad. I ate almost all of it by myself. They had a sweet deal too, 14″ for $ 12 if you go pick it up. I would eat here again. Pizza was not bad at all. It was worth it. They have a nice menu too. More than just pizza.

There great for the area … Had a few problems but they fixed it. Overall it was ok :)

Ordered here on a Saturday nght, so didn’t expect lightning service, but after an hour we called and was rudely told it was on its way. Another 30 minutes we call and was told the same thing, this time only ruder. To wrap it up, the pizza never came.

We love the pizza– usually order it a «little extra time in the oven» to crisp the crust.

Well how can i start. First off this was my first time ever ordering from this so called pizza place not only that they brung me an entire pizza that i didn’t order not only when i call them back to let them know that they gave me the wrong order they said ok and we will remake your order and the driver will be there shortly its now been 2hrs and the driver still has not came so when i called back to get compensated for my wait they said sorry you either get your money back or get off their phone and wait till it gets there how RUDE! NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN!

I love that they deliver Mexican food, especially when I’m hungover as hell. The wait time isn’t too bad and the prices are decent. I didn’t give it 5 stars because the pizza isn’t all that great.

I live in a neighborhood where it delivers. Takes maybe 30 – 45 min wait so average. The awesome part is that not only do they deliver pizza but also mexican food and burgers! Barbacoa and menudo on weekends. The mex food is on the bland side and I would avoid the beef fajita (no seasoning ever). Overall, options delivered to my door is 3 stars. & I constantly get overcharged so online prices are not accurate.

My hubby and I really enjoy their simple and affordable flavorful Mexican food. The staff is always nice to us and remember us every time we go in, even after we hadn’t been there for a while. We will order pick up meals for date night from them more often. The Enchiladas are good! Especially the Enchiladas Tejanas.

I live close by in the housing neighborhood across the street. I go by there quite a bit.
it says pizza. but they sell lots of stuff. enchilada, wings, pasta, burgers, breakfast tacos. and lots more. and some desert. cheese cake. etc. and Mexican coke. and some 2 liters.
the food is good. I guess the wings are not for me. they cook them in the pizza cooker instead of the fryer. or that’s how they did mine. but everything else I’ve had there was great.
Like a previous review. it’s got 4 tables in there. but it doesn’t seem they are prepared to much for dine in. the tv signal is terrible. most of the time it’s on a Spanish station so I don’t know what it’s saying anyway. if they wanted regular dine in people they should get a better tv setup. cable or att or whatever.
one thing that I don’t like is they don’t have wifi. or if they do, I don’t know what it is. and I forget they don’t have wifi. so it irritated me when I go over there and wait for an order or eat there.
The att dual tv/​internet is pretty cheap. they could get that and it would solve their problem. they just don’t seem to want people to dine in.
So why 4 starts. because the food it really good. I usually order my stuff to go or have it delivered. It’s ran by a Hispanic family. so they know how to cook Mexican food. but the other stuff is great too.

Smart Daddy’s. .. .so the name is what brought me here. I couldn’t resist. Though I think the logo should be Einstein tossing a pizza, but hey – I’m not the owner.
So it’s a small pizza joint in a strip center. There are two tables in the small front area. Most of their business seems to be delivery and take out. Leave it to me to disrupt the flow of their business by dining here with my siblings.
It was cool though. There was a Colin Farrel (sp?) movie playing on the Big Brother telescreen. Dubbed in Spanish. There’s your punchline! Stay with me.
So, we ordered a NY Meat Lovers Pizza from their specialty list and a two topping feta and spinach pizza, and probably too many Jarritos from the cooler. Good time! The pizza comes out really, really hot. I recommend you wait before eating it. In my experience – singed taste buds tend to detract from the appreciation of a meal.
The pizza is solid. It’s made in the thin, NY style just like the sign says. It’s no nonsense, no frills type of pizza. The Meat Lovers I think is a skip. But that may just be because I’m slowly realizing I never like meat lovers type pizza. The feta and spinach pizza we ordered I was very happy with. I’ll definitely be back.
