Took a chainsaw in for service. Was told it would be a week. Three weeks later it still wasn’t ready. I would call every 7 to 10 days and they acted like I was really putting them out asking for an update. Told me it had bad gas and was ready but if it gave me any further problems I would need to have the motor rebuilt. Really? This place is a joke. Paid $ 75 to have them put fresh gas in my chainsaw. No customer service and horrible value for money. Idiots for service techs. Never again. Can’t see how they stay in business really…

I was looking for a place to see about servicing my pressure washer, so I called them. Customer service is not part of the service. Just from the phone conversation I’ll have to pass on this business.

I purchased all my lawn equipment(Lawn Mower, Edger, Trimmer, Blower, Hedge Trimmer, Chainsaw) here over the past two years and each time I walked in, I was greeted and helped by a very informed associate. The first time I walked in, the salesperson talked to me a little and discovered I was a new homeowner to the area. Since I had such a large purchase he surprised me with a 10% discount! I was pretty happy about that and since then I have not thought to shop anywhere else. As a novice yard man, I often have simple problems with my equipment. Each time I have brought in my equipment thinking I need a repair, they quickly fix it or adjust it… FREEOFCHARGE. As an example, most recently, I needed to change my blade from the leaf sucking blade(which i purchased here last October per their great recommendation) to the mulching blade for spring/summer mowing. I did not even have to leave the lawn mower there. The owner realized it would be a quick fix and had the service man quickly change out the blade. At completion, I asked how much I owed him and he said not to worry about it! I will definitely be back for all my lawn needs.

HORRIBLE all the way around!!! We took our weedeater in at the end of April. 6 weeks later they finally call/return our call to tell us what’s even wrong with it. It’s JULY9th and I finally got it back. It needed a tune up… not an overhaul. They never called to tell us it was ready(which apparently it was ready mid June). I’m not even sure it’s fixed because they still had a hard time starting it. By this point, we just wanted to be done with them so we paid and took it. They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Spare yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.

Owner is vocally against supporting our American Military. I dont care if he is giving away $ 50 dollar bills. He is not ever going to get my business.

I am a do-it-yourself kind of guy. I have completely rebuilt a mower and revamped many of my 2-cycle items. Every time I went to Cypress Lawn and Turf(CL&T), I was able to tell them the part # and they had it. All I had to do was a little research using the web and model # you can find almost any part #. If what you are looking for is warmth, probably not the place to go. The man behind the counter can come across as being rude. But, I am sure he just gets frustrated by everyone who comes in, and has no idea what they are trying to explain to him. I am not a patient person so I understand the man’s annoyance. If you can look past the abrasiveness, you will see that he really knows his stuff. If you need parts or a piece of new/specialty equipment, than this is a great place to go. As to bringing your equipment up there to be serviced, I can’t speak to.

I came here based on a trusted recommendation for services rendered about 10 years ago. I brought in my messed-up lawn mower to have serviced and when I came by to pick it up, I was told that it could not be repaired, that I owed about 35 bucks and what would I like to buy… I politely told them no thanks, I’ll pay the fee and be on my way. I was asked a second time, if I wanted to buy a mower from them, but this time the 35 bucks would be applied toward a purchase. Again, I said uh, and took my pile of junk away. It must have been about 95 degrees outside but I couldn’t tell from the coldness I got from this place. This is the first establishment in the 77429 in which I did not get that warm, family-like, what can I do for you feeling. I’m not looking for hugs or Christmas cards or anything of that sort, just a little customer satisfaction from the 3 Hamiltons I dropped for«service». It all just seem to happen way too fast.
