Chili’s has really gone down hill over the years. It used to be my favorite restaurant but now I hate going there. This location is the same as several others I’ve tried over the past few years. Horrible, slow, uncaring and inattentive service. So disappointing.

Can’t handle the smoke. They still allow smoking in the bar and it makes the whole place smell.

I ordered a burger off of their lunch menu for take out. I requested my burger be made with no mustard and no bun(I have a gluten allergy). Sure enough, when I got my food, there was mustard and a bun. I didn’t get a lunch today because they were too«busy» to actually read my order. When I called to talk to the manager, she blamed me for their mistake, and told me that when you order online, the order doesn’t come through the same way so it isn’t their fault. She made excuses, she interrupted me numerous times, she tried blaming everything on me, and she was rude. I have not had good experiences here the past few times that I’ve come, and I will never come back here. This restaurant has truly gone downhill.

Came here last week and today for take out of a bowl of soup and coke. Waited both times for over 30min! The bartenders were obviously over whelmed! Hire more people for lunch shift!

I have to say that Chili’s has improved. The last few times we have gone the service has been outstanding. We love that you can now earn rewards and pay when you want and leave at the electronic tablet at each table. We also like the 2 for $ 20. One of the waitresses knows us when we go in and always brings us to go drinks when she sees we are finishing up our meals. She is very attentive and we love getting her as our waitress. I will have to catch her name next time. The only complaint is that they don’t make the restaurant nonsmoking. I will keep writing that in the comments section everytime until they change it. If they want this place packed like all the other restaurants in town they would make this simple change. No one wants their children in a smoke filled restaurant. Updated Review Above Going to Chili’s is hit or miss. Either you have a great waiter or you don’t. Usually it is not great service. You will wait forever to get service. I have waited at the entrance for a long time without even being greeted. A major complaint is that there is smoking in the bar section, which means there is smoke in the entire restaurant. I ask to sit as far away from the bar as possible, but it doesn’t matter you still smell it. At least now you can pay $.99 to play unlimited games to occupy your time. My kids and I love to play the trivia games to try to beat other players. This did take my mind off of how horribly slow the service was. Chili’s is where you go when you are out and about and you can’t think of where else to eat. I go here maybe once or twice a month. There is never really a wait and you can get in and sit down fast and just relax. The food is okay. The chips are salsa and ranch are great and they are the main reason that myself and my kids like to go to Chili’s. I love their black berry ice tea and always get a to-go cup when I leave. The kids love the original chicken crispers and the salad. I have tried it all and it is all okay, there isn’t really something that makes me excited to go there to eat, except the chips and salsa. We went there for their mother and son day as they advertised it and the kids were excited to go. I have four kids and all they did was take a picture and gave us one frame and four little stickers for the kids to decorate it. Each kid didn’t even get their own picture with me or their own frame to decorate. I had been previously when they had their father daughter ones and the girls got a basket of goodies. :( Since I really don’t like going in to Chili’s I have called it in and just ordered chips and salsa with ranch. It ends up being cheaper to actually go in and order a meal and chips and salsa. They barely put any salsa in and if you ask for extra salsa they charge you double what the chips and salsa costs. Oh and don’t ask for ranch! I asked for a little container of ranch and they charged $ 7 just for that. It ended up being $ 16 for chips/salsa/ranch. Also when I went in to pick up my order I had to pick it up from the bar. Which the bartender never addressed me and took forever to get the order. Never doing that again! Management really needs to step up.

Seriously, you need me to review Chili’s? This location was just like the rest. They are all almost exactly the same — down to the same photos from the Terlingua Chili Festival and the Dolores Hidalgo ceramic tiles. If you’re not ordering the Cadillac Fajitas then f#%# you, why did you even come here.

Service here is much better and more consistent than the Copperfield store.

I go to Chili’s quite often and have been to this one many times. I like the food at Chili’s and honestly I get decent service each time I go, but I agree it does depend on the waiter that you have at the time and maybe even the time of day you go. A recent visit was on a Sunday at 11:00am, and they just opened. We had to sit ourselves, things seemed like they were behind on getting opened on time, it took forever to get our food and when it came out it was wrong. The manager and waitress knew what we were experiencing, but didn’t comp even a drink for the issues, so that was disappointing. But, like I said, most of the time it is good service, friendly staff and good food. That is why I go back quite often and they pretty much know us in there. They just need to step up their customer service when things do go wrong, so that the customers don’t leave disappointed. When I go, I usually get the Boneless Buffalo Wings, and at times they didn’t have enough wing sauce on them and were a bit dry. So, now I ask for«a small side of wing sauce» and then I pour it all over the wings and that makes for some GOOD eats! One thing I really wish would change is them allowing smoking in the bar area. When it gets busy in there, the smoke gets pretty bad in the dining area. If you are sensitive to the smoke, be sure to ask for a booth or table far from the bar, and they will do what they can to accommodate you. I will go back for sure… gotta have my iced tea, buffalo wings and margarita chicken!

We go for the convenience, not the quality of the service. I see how sad that seems as I type this. :( After a long day running errands it’s just the easiest place to drop into for a semi-health conscious meal. And a place where everyone from a family of five can find something they want! The quality of Chilis food has degraded over the years. Seems like dishes are just thrown together now where it used to seem like they took a little more pride in the presentation. Not that I’m really into any of that, but it all adds up and makes you think. When restaurants consider presentation, it usually means they have all their stuff in one sock with regards to everything else. The service is a crap shoot. The last visit was awesome; very attentive teenaged waiter. On other occasions, couldn’t get a refill to save my life. Overall — it’s not horrible, but you can do better.

Spend your money elsewhere… young man that sat us down at our table wasn’t thinking/didn’t care to listen, when we stated that placing the high chair in the aisle was the beat idea… our server took our orders immediately and it still took 35 minutes for the food to come out. Mind you this is Chilis… on a Monday… at 6:00…it’s dead inside the restaurant. Our server who was an order of fries short of a Happy Meal, came by zero times while we waited for the food. When the food arrived lukewarm(keep in mind I ordered fajitas… how is that served lukewarm?) I voiced my dissatisfaction and all that the server could do was offer excuses and no apologies… not to mention I got the wrong tortillas(I ordered corn tortillas). She stated that my tortillas would take a minute because they take some time to cook. All with cold fajitas on a lukewarm plate. Again an order of fries short of a Happy Meal… Worst server/experience at Chilis ever…

Regular franchise restaurant that has traditional american fare. Prices are inexpensive. Service depends on the waiter but usually is decent.
