The Luau Factory

For our baby’s first birthday, we threw her a luau and had it catered by The Luau Factory. Gorden was incredibly easy to work with throughout the process, which made it nice. Throwing a party for 90+ people can be quite intimidating!
We ordered a number of dishes, including my favorite, kahlua pork. The chicken long rice was tasty, the haupia was yummy, and the pineapple and yam dish was a favorite. All of the guests kept commenting on how delicious the meal was.
The Luau Factory also provided our entertainment. 4 dancers performed various Polynesian dances, and got the audience to participate in some of the dances. The fire dance was the perfect end to a great show.
Gorden was actually at the party for hours, making sure everything went well. I was super impressed with his professionalism, the quality if the entertainment, and the superb food.
The luau was an absolute hit! Everyone kept telling me how much fun they had and how great the food was.

The Luau Factory catered my birthday party last year. It was the most awesome birthday ever. The manager, Gorden was very attentive in listening to my food allergies and cravings. I have a lot. He was super kind in tailoring the menu so I could eat everything and understand my concerns about cross contamination. One of my favorites dishes was the kuala pork. It was so juicy and succulent. All the food prepared was completed on time, presentation was beautiful and most importantly everything was delicious. Nothing was overcooked or dried out as sometimes can happen. Def. is I was to a Hawaiin themed party again, Luau Factory would be #1 choice without hestitation.
