This subway is the worst out of any subway i went to. I would avoid this place. They dont even ask u what u want u have tell them everything and also they dont even greet you. The guy didnt even speak english and he didnt know what i was saying.

I have been coming in to this subway for years without much issue. Last year they put in a dinner special which is 2 footlongs for 12 dollars. Not a bad deal. So I come in all the time and order it. I order one toasted and one not toasted. As most people know uncooked food is not taxable so the non toasted sandwich should not be taxed. for a while they would try to charge me tax on both and I would correct them and they would fix it. But today 7÷8÷2015 at 5:00 two ladies were there whom I didn’t recognize attempted to charge me tax on both so I corrected them and they insisted they were correct I told her to call the manager she didn’t. They eventually and rudely gave me no tax on both which is not what I wanted I only wanted to be charged properly. I paid and said in a clear tone have a nice day and recieved nothing but an annoyed look. I’m writing this because the ladies were in my oppinion extremely rude and made me feel like I was a jerk for asking them to charge me properly.

This subway location is alright. I used to come here all the time when I was still attending Cupertino High. Great location(of course) and pretty fast service. My friend’s father has owned this location for awhile and you can tell it does pretty well, mainly because it’s an attractive lunch option for Cupertino HS kids. The space here is pretty tight, even for a subway, so seating is very limited. No one usually sits down at a subway anyways, so that shouldn’t really be a concern. As with all subway locations, they are very cheap with giving out napkins. It’s always just one piece. I’ve been disappointed with the management recently because they’ve been cheaping out. Here’s a hilarious story to explain why: The last time I came here, I asked for«all the veggies except jalapeño, olive, and banana pepper» The lady started to «fill» the sub with veggies, but only with very thin layers and little amounts of everything. When she was«done» she immediately asked if I wanted any dressings/sauces. I asked her to add spinach and pickles, because she didn’t add any initially, even though I said«everything but olives, jalapeño, and bell pepper». I then asked for extra red onions and she said«I can’t add anymore because it will be too much». I responded by saying«it’s okay, I know you guys pack the veggies down with a knife». She then added 3 more slices of red onion, and proceeded to cut the sandwich in half WITHOUT packing down the ingredients. When she did, a slice of cucumber dropped onto the cutting board and she said«see?» Overall this subway location is decent. Their service is catered more towards HS students. for obvious reasons

Subway is currently offering a 2+ footlong for $ 5/each in the evening(I believe it’s after 9pm). Also, the featured footlong for the month of October is the meatball marinara. I’ve been a biased loyal customer since they came out with their $ 5 footlong deals many years ago, and still relish the monthly $ 5 special deals. I’m not passionate about soups or cookies, so I never order them. The stores pretty small so it’s an in-and-out type ordeal or you might sit down for a super casual lunch. My typical order: Bread: 8-grain Honey oat/Flat bread/Italian herbs and cheese Meat: Oven roasted chicken/meatball marinara/spicy italian Cheese: Swiss/mozzarella if I get the meatball marinara Veggies: Everything but pickles Sauce: Light may/Chipotle Sauce/Sriracha/Ranch Seasoning: Oregena Cup of water. Sandwiches are usually medium warm even if you toast it because the veggies it down. Can’t beat build it as you like it and promotional deals.

I came and was greeted by the male staff and there were also two female staff. I was not ready to order so I let another patron go ahead of me. One petite staff, whom I was not able to catch her name tag, was already assisting another patron with her order. Andrea just finished with the patron I let ahead of me, walks towards the male staff, and he said to her in Spanish, «There is still a customer in line.» She responds, «Oh. I didn’t see her.» I guess I am too tiny to be seen? Anyhow, here is our script of the order transaction between Andrea and I after she got the sandwich wrap ready. Andrea: «What would you like to order?» Me: «May I have the six inch, black forest ham on honey oat.»(In my head, I was thinking«did I not make myself clear on what i ordered?) A: «What sandwich did you want?» M: «Black forest ham.» A: «What size?» M: «Six inch.» A: «What kind of bread?» M: «Honey oat.» Seriously, I have been to plenty of sandwich places and I have worked in the food industry for a great deal of my life and I would rather my customers, patrons, consumers, and members to know what they want than to not know what they want. She was not observant at all. After our order was taken, she just disappeared to the back, while the petite female was restocking the chips and checking if the bottles juices needed to be stocked. Her work ethics are pretty awesome. She kept busy and always found something to do, instead of waiting for someone else to do it. I give her five stars for do so and having great work ethics. As for Andrea, i believe she can achieve those standards if she really took pride in her work and even though its minimum wage and it is serving food, if one illustrates great work ethic and provides a sense of urgency along with good, if not, great customer service, customers would love to come back!

This is by far my favorite subway. Chris is the best and makes sure that I am always happy with my sandwich. We always have entertaining conversations while she makes my sandwiches. My father and I are regular customers of this Subway because of her.

Great place to find something cheap and delicious. Store has always been maintained cleaned. One employee is a bad apple I’ve noticed. I went in asking some questions and some specials and the lady kept answering«no» before I even finished asking my question. Kinda made it sounds like«it’s my way or the highway» I just walked out and didn’t order anything. I would go back only if she wasn’t there because all the other employees do no have attitude.

I just wanted to update you all. Due to recent news articles stating inconsistency of the length of a footlong, I took a picture with my footlong with a ruler. The subs here are in fact, 12 inches long. Still my go-to subway!

A friend introduce me to Subway last year and been going there once a week for lunch. Since I cannot eat of the meat there, I am left with Tuna. I try to come early before 12 when there is crowd and long line. Staff is friendly but not sure why Subway does not allow customer to get more napkins. They seem to control napkins. Very small store and seem crowded during lunch time.

They are fast, courteous, and clean. I’ve never had a bad experience here. You should always be specific and know what you want. You can’t go wrong! Keep up the good work!

It’s always super busy here, but the line seems to go fairly fast. Pretty decent customer service. Though some people don’t seem to know what they are doing. I asked for a turkey bacon avocado sandwich and then the girl asked me if I wanted avocado? Yes, that’s what I asked for, didn’t I? Not trying to be a jerk, but come on! It’s super small, so there’s not a lot of seating, so don’t go during peak hours because you won’t get a seat, and even if you do, you will have people hovering over you while they wait in line.

Jose, the manager, is responsible for the success of this location. He runs the place with the ease of a seasoned CEO and treats his customers in a kind and friendly manner. You can tell that the staff respects him and it results in quality food that is prepared quickly and efficiently. The owner of this location should double Jose’s pay because this place is nothing without him.

No complaints here! If you are insistent about extra onions or other toppings you may want, just keep asking! That’s the service of Subway. You can get a fat sandwich is you put in the effort =)

Could this be the best subway? I’m sure the subway logo here is so much better than the other subways I’ve been at. I’m also sure they defrost those precooked chicken extra hard here, too bad it still taste like the sponge that you get at any other subways.

ive never been a huge subway fan, since i grew up on togos. BUT… trying to get on a healthier kick, i feel subway, you not only get a good amount of good food but you dont feel guilty! i look up the nutritional value and fat grams first, and it doesnt even compare with the nutritional content with other sandwich shops, its crazy! also, the $ 5 footlong menu, AWESOME. a little bummed that they’ve taken out more n more sandwiches out, but if you go after 5PM(and all day Sunday), you can get 2 footlongs of your choice at $ 5 each. sweet deal. ive always been a little bothered at the fact that they just squirt the condiments rather than spreading it on nicely, but the fact you get to choose all your veggies and such is a plus. the staff here is really friendly, although they didn’t know the sandwich i wanted(the new turkey bacon sandwich that’s 7 grams of fat). its easy for me to get in and out of, and close to home.
