Great place for brunch, and the crepes are pretty tasty, but my experience here was just okay. Opted for the chicken pesto crêpe, since that is what everyone was raving about, and I did enjoy the tender white meat and pesto taste, as I’ve never had that in a crêpe before. Yet, for the price I paid, I was not full at all. That, and I forgot to use my Unilocal check-in offer… oops. Furthermore, the waitress, although I’m sure trying to do her best, was getting a bit confused. It may have been because two ppl in our party were jumping back and forth between Bonjour and Lee’s to get lunch for later, but she just could not remember who’s party ordered what crêpe, and I saw one of our plates go to two different tables before it reached the correct owner. Oh well — a pretty okay crêpe and an okay experience eating in overall.

Came here after purchasing a groupon, and sorry to say this was a groupon FAIL. 1. The place is disgustingly dirty. We took a picture of behind the counter and uploaded it here. There was milk just sitting out and a knife on the floor amongst the filth. 2. They were out of a ton of things. Including French fries, which is part of the groupon. 3. We had to pay the tax, which I have never had to do with a groupon for a restaurant before. 4. The guy at the register speaks awful English. We could barely understand half the things he said. And he randomly kept walking away from us. It took about 15 minutes to officially place our order. 5. The food was decent. I’m surprised we actually ate it after seeing the condition of the kitchen. This place should go on Restaurant: Impossible if it wants to stay in business. I can’t imagine it lasting much longer! Will update to let you guys know if we get food poisoning. And I still want those damn fries.

One of the best strawberry banana nutella crèpes I’ve ever had! + organic tea, yay! A nice casual place for breakfast/lunch. Thumbs up! I can’t really think of any reason I should deduct any stars.

Hey, this place is pretty good! For the price, I would expect the entrees to come with some sort of fixing on the side(a small salad, perhaps?) .like at other crêpe/sandwich places. The portions are also on the smaller side? It’s not a deal breaker. Maybe I am just used to Squat & Gobble’s swagga in the city. They seem to run out of ingredients a lot. A bunch of Unilocalers have mentioned this, and the time I was there, they were out of quite a few items. The food itself though is quite scrumptious and I would probably be back if I am in the area and hankering for some chicken pesto. tl;dr; kind of expensive for what you get but is really good.

What a great little Crêpe place! We had already had dinner but was looking for desert. Banana Cream Pie was high on the list but we came across this Crêpe place and decided to stop in. We walked in and the place smelled so good. There were so many different desert crêpe options and you were able to make it healthy as well… I know really? If you’re looking for something beyond desert don’t worry, they have savory options to which are pretty tasty as well. Just think folded omelet but instead of the egg you get the crêpe. Lastly– there is a cute little children area where the kids can play. It was clean and a lot of little options to keep them entertained if needed

Wow, the chicken pesto savory crêpe was really good! I wasn’t quite convinced by their little«Most Popular» indication on the menu, but it sounded really tasty, what with the addition of avocado. The crêpe come stuffed with slices of tender, grilled chicken, tons of avocado slices, mozzarella, and a very flavorful pesto dressing. It was really good! The portion size wasn’t huge for $ 8.95, but it really hit the spot. The crêpe itself was very tender, perfectly cooked. I also checked in on Unilocal and got an instant $ 1 off coupon on my phone as a result. I was able to apply it immediately to my purchase. Next time, I will definitely try one of the sweet crepes with Nutella! If the prices were just a smidge lower(think $ 1 less for each item), I would consider coming here all the time. This is one of those order at the counter, get served after you seat yourself kind of places. I was a bit confused on how to tip. There was a bit of a wait for the food, but I wasn’t surprised because there was only ONE person manning the whole store. But the one staff member was very nice.

What could have been a 2– or 3– star review is an easy four, thanks to great customer service! Came here hoping for a delicious brunch, with my previously crêpe-ambivalent fiancé, wanting to show him that they’re more than just pancakes with a French accent! We both had our eye on the Margherita crêpe(with mozzarella, tomatoes, raw baby spinach, and basil pesto), but I hate getting the same thing, so he very kindly ordered the spicy veggie crêpe, with red onions, bell peppers, salsa, cheese, and serranos. Serra-nooooo! After about three bites, I looked over, and he was pouring sweat. His eyes were bloodshot, and he told me he couldn’t eat it. I felt so bad, since it was clearly my fault, so I went inside and told the guy working there what the problem was. He apologized, told us he should have warned us(although I don’t think there could have ever been warning enough– I tasted that crêpe, and my mouth was burning for hours afterward), and he made us a fresh, new, margherita crêpe on the house. And apologized for the minimal wait when he brought it out. They have a lunch special, $ 2 extra for chips and a drink, which is a pretty good deal; the crepes are about $ 9 on their own. We were too full after savoring our truly savory crepes to try a sweet one, but luckily I’ve got that Unilocal check-in deal still on my phone($ 1 off a crêpe!), so we’ll have to go back!

Came here to use my groupon, for $ 20 you get 2 savory crepes or sandwiches, 2 orders of fries, a drink up to $ 5(alcoholic beverages too!), and 2 scoops of ice cream with a topping. I haven’t had too many crepes, so my expectations were low. When you walk in, there is a funky smell, but as long as you stay away from the front, it’s okay. There was one young worker who did all the work, and he was friendly and pleasant. Grabbed a menu and sat at a table. My friend got the chicken pesto chicken, which I totally would’ve, but I’m on a diet. :P so I got the southwestern chicken crêpe on buckwheat. He made them, and brought it to our table. Ample fries, although they are thicker than how I normally like my french fries, they were piping hot and crispy. Yum. I asked for the salsa and sour cream on the side, and he gave me a ton! My friend’s crêpe looked good, and the white crêpe was just a tad sweeter. The pesto, chicken and avocado were all delicious. She said it was less heavy than she had thought it would be, but wished the crêpe would’ve been chewier. My crêpe was good, and I ate that whole thing up! Instead of alcohol, we opted for bottles of orangina, and it’s a pretty huge bottle! He then came by when he saw we were done, and gave us choices of strawberry, vanilla, or chocolate ice cream with either a fruit topping or one of the candy choices. I opted for the vanilla and reeses pieces(screw you diet!) while my friend got strawberry with bananas. He gave me a whole bag of reeses pieces, and I felt bad for only nibbling on a few of them. The ice cream was standard, but there were some ice chunks, so docked one star for that. All in all, I had a much better experience than I had thought, but went with low expectations. Definitley worth a try, although I’m sure there are nicer and better crepes in the area.

I was seriously pleasantly surprised with this place. I thought with a groupon deal they wouldn’t serve us well, but the two guys working there were nice and attentive. They changed our order to buckwheat when we accidentally forgot to mention it in middle of the guy cooking our orders. He didn’t grumble nor fuss. Then when he accidentally scooped out vanilla instead of chocolate ice cream, he just went ahead and scooped out chocolate with good attitude. The salmon crêpe was delicious! Much better than the place I tried on Fremont Ave. The crêpe had enough salmon. The buckwheat crêpe was crispy and thin. Yum! Not only are the two guys working there nice, there’s a kids corner where the kids can hang out and draw on the white board and read. I thought this is an awesome addition for families like us. Thanks!

I actually would rate this place a 3 ½ but since the average right now is 3 I’ll give it a 4 =) Came here with the living social deal and had 2 hot chocolates and some fondue. This location and space is a lot nicer IMO than the old one and they did a good job decorating– very cute. Has a nice cozy feel to it with the set up. Waitress was really nice and helpful and super accommodating with what we wanted to try(since we didn’t follow the coupon code exactly). Very nice and helpful. Fondue was nicely melted and the plate of fruit had A LOT of fruit on it. Hot chocolates came in some cute mugs topped with whipped cream. Overall a very delightful experience! I would like to come back and try out their crepes sometime!

I’ve wanted to try this place when I’ve heard about them in the previous location. Got a chance to try the panini with chicken, was surprised at the red sauce included. I like the tables and the decorations but wasn’t too impress with my panini and my tummy was feeling funny afterwards. But i did like the Orangina beverage, and it was interesting that they had an ipad to enter your email for their email listing.

What a nice place to meet my French conversation group and mange my brains out(excuse my French). Breakfast and Lunch is on the menu… but I’m here to get fat with crepes dessert and Europe’s contribution to the American obesity probleme– Nutella. Or… if you want something healthy, then have their banana, nutella, almond, strawberry crepes… guaranteed to satisfy your taste buds, inspire your french conversation group and your desire for water. Love this place. J’adore cet endroit.

What started out as an error resulted in a good thing. The guy working the cash register was new and admitted it to us. We were understanding and patient with him and we ordered wheat battered crepes for the first time. We got our orders and started chomping away and then realized when we were half way done that the other table’s crêpe looked darker in color than ours. so we asked the staff if ours was wheat and he replied, «no. did you order wheat?’ We then replied, «yes, but now we’re halfway done with ours.» They were courteous enough to let us finish our crepes and sent us off home with 2 new wheat battered crepes. It was definitely a good day and a good part on their service for compensating their customers for a mistake done by their staff.

I came here twice before writing this review. The first time I came here was about two months ago and the second was today. The first time I came, the service was okay. But the crêpe was yummy, I got a banana, strawberry, nutella with almonds and a scoop of vanilla ice cream :) The crêpe wasn’t too thick of too thin. All the fruits and nutella were in good portions. My visit today was about the same, besides the fact they ran out of vanilla ice cream :( I believe they changed the way they serve now, you order at the counter and sit down and wait for your food at any table. But overall experience is great!

More like a 3.5. Pretty good crepes, but I’ve had better… Bonjour Crepes has good lunch deals, so be sure to come M-W($ 5 for any sandwich/crêpe! That means it’s almost half off!). The café is really casual and cute. great place for snacking and catching up on random magazines. I found it ironic they were playing Spanish music in a French themed café. I got the spicy veggie crêpe and it was really good! I just wish the portions were bigger more because I was still a bit hungry after that. Be careful, those jalapenos are burning hot! I’m usually a champ when it comes to spicy foods, but these jalapenos were wildly hot that I had to pick some out. I loved the salsa that complemented the crêpe, too. My bro got the chicken pesto crêpe, which was pretty good, too. Unfortunately for me, the crêpe didn’t seem to satisfy my hunger, so I ended up walking next door to Lee’s Sandwiches and ate a sandwich. I’m not a fatty, I swear. Maybe I’ll come back for a dessert crêpe or when I’m not as hungry. Overall, pretty good experience, but this place didn’t really stand out to me, but at the same time, there’s nothing to complain about.

Came here the other day because they have outside seating and allowed my doggy. :) Wow. Yummy! My husband and I both had the chicken, avocado, basil, and mozzarella buckwheat crepes. Super moist chicken and lots of avocado and basil. Full to the brim. Really good. Good service too. Came right out and served us! I can’t wait to come back and try the sweet crepes!

I’ve been to Paris, and although this isn’t it, it has its own Paris-wannabe charm if there is such a thing. Its a nice little escape, the atmosphere is quaint and actually did remind me of this small café I found in Paris. Close… missing cigar is OK :) The crepes are amazing! There are crepes inspired by many genres: south western, Mediterranean, dessert crepes… They are all DELICIOUS! This place is good for big groups except for the fact that the crepes are made one at a time and there is no way the party will all receive their food at the same time. I like going on dates with my gfs here, read a magazine over dessert crepes. There is outdoor seating but its not exactly the cutest view ever. Good view, decent atmosphere, plenty of variety, something different.

Had the opportunity to visit the new location just a stone’s throw away from the old one. I was told the reason they moved was because there was no parking at the other location. This new locale is much bigger inside with more adequate seating inside and out. Tried the chicken bechamel crêpe with buckwheat batter and it was alright. I’ve definitely had better crepes before. Bechamel sauce was runnier than I would have liked and the chicken kinda dry. The girl behind the counter was nice and polite though.

The first time I went here was a few weeks ago, with one of my best friends. We arrived around 7:00-ish PM. There were a few families seated, but it wasn’t crowded. After ordering, she and I sat down and talked. As many reviewers have stated before, it takes a while for the crepes to be prepared and brought out. I’m not sure how long we waited(maybe 10 minutes minimum), but once we received our food, the food made the wait worth it. The crepes are REALLY good(I ordered the strawberry and nutella, with a scoop of vanilla ice cream). The crepes filled both of us up and I felt stuffed by the ¾ mark. We were unable to finish our food and had to take the rest home. The employees are also incredibly nice and attentive. If we had anything to ask them, they responded as quickly as they could.(There were only two people there that night.) I also took my ex-boyfriend here a few days ago, when he came up to visit. We got there around 11:30AM, maybe later? Again, we had to wait a while, but the food made everything better. My ex-boyfriend LOVED the crepes. He’s usually a picky eater, but he had no complaints about the food and really liked the coffee. The service was great as usual and our waitress did her best to refill/get ice/etc. On top of that, she was extremely friendly and chatted with us for a bit. All in all, I love this place and will definitely be coming back in the future.

The Chicken Pesto crêpe is definetely the way to go! They are a bit slow with service, just cross your fingers that there aren’t a crapload of unserved people inside the store at the same time, otherwise you will be screwed. I think that I would definetely come back here! Next time I wanna try the Salmon crêpe! Yum.

Crêpe batter is a hard thing to make. it takes alot of preparation to make what will be an excellent french crêpe. What I thought about this place was that the prices were a bit too high. I basically spent a total of $ 7 on a SIMPLE butter and sugar crêpe with one scoop of green tea ice cream. $ 7!!! You guys have to admit that is a bit absurd! And green tea ice cream… tasted more like mint tea ice cream… So i don’t think i will get that again that’s for sure! Place was very empty on a saturday night around 8:30pm. I totally didn’t know they took Verde’s old location! I mean the residents living there wanted a quiet environment since Verde was so loud. well they got what they wanted! I am not sure if this place gets overpacked ever! This place does try to give a french atmosphere with the french music and writing. It’s a cute and spacious environment. Water is provided. I initially thought the fresh lemonade was free since it was just up front. but i was wrong! $ 2 for one guys!!! I am not sure if i would come back for the hell of it. maybe if i REALLY crave for something out of the norm! But if you haven’t tried a french crêpe before. come on in!
