When this place isn’t busy(which it often is) it is a haven ! Good spacious café with comfy chairs, nice outside seating. The service is friendly, and inconsistently speedy but always with polite and friendly workers. Clean and fresh, the drinks are usually up to scratch, and I’ve never gotten a wrong order. The only thing that really bothers me Is the outside seating on the right side against the road, has really uncomfortable chairs, wobbly table and it’s just not pleasant.

Came here today craving a hot chocolate with soy milk ordered that and a caramel ice blend for the hubs extra caramel no whip cream. Received the caramel blend with extra caramel but it had whip cream I took it off myself and when I received my drink I got it and headed to the car where hubs was waiting with our girls not even a block down the street I sipped my hot chocolate so happy that I was going to drink something so nice and warm: D Turns out it was not even what I had ordered :-/ It was some sort of ginger spice totally totally different from what I had ordered. Probably give this place another try but this time I’ll try my drink before I leave this time.

Occasionally, I have to land to get organized and continue my workday. We thought that this would be a great spot to spring up the laptops and get some work done away from the office because really, who wants to sit in an office all day long? It’s a great little scene and they have their own private lot with only one panhandler. Manageable. The wifi is slower than any saying a witty southerner can come up with. The place is constantly packed and finding a seat is hit or miss(mostly miss). We had to camp out in temporary seats until the giant community table offered up a couple of spots. I recommend the big table because they have outlets under the table. The frustrating thing was we had to wait for a couple of people who were watching videos on their lunch break to finish and leave. They left and we snagged a couple of good seats but it was so damn loud that we gave up. Added to the abundance of noise, some dork came in and decided to listen to music at the table on speakerphone. To add to my frustration, he didn’t even order something, just mooched there until we left. In all, it’s a great place to come get a drink but they pretty much don’t roll out the welcome matt for people with laptops.

This is a great location. The staff are friendly and quick. I’m not sure if all coffee beans are open this late(I usually prefer local non chain coffee places) but you can study all night at this one or get coffee after dinner here. I would give it ONEMORE star if they had more places to sit and study the tables get all taken up at times.

This coffee bean is very nice and loungy, it’s relatively new and very modern, the should make all of them like this… It’s hard to find a spot if you want to work on your computer! They have their own parking, plus I believe you can park in the lot of the shopping center

This is cozy coffee shop vibe. The customer service is great and parking is usually not an issue. The bathroom could use some improvements and I wish the offered more coffee items for purchase, like coffee press.

This is a 5-star Coffee Bean. The mystery then, is why this place only has 3.5 stars? And why did I give it 4 stars when I just said it’s worth 5? First of all, the positives: Great natural light. Plentiful outdoor seating on the patio.(~30 seats) Plentiful indoor seating(seats 21 people). Of those 21 seats, there are: 6 tables for single-person, two double-person tables, one 6-person table, and 7 comfy, cushioned lounge chairs. Interior: the décor is pleasing, and its spacious and spread out, meaning you don’t feel claustrophobic or crowded, but it’s intimate enough that you don’t feel lonely either. Parking: Coffee Bean has its own dedicated parking lot with about 14 spaces. There’s also a parking lot nearby that you are allowed to park at. So parking is never an issue. Free Wifi. Nuff said. The flaw that prevents this Coffee Bean from reaching perfect 5 star status is contradictory: it’s a victim of its own popularity. This place is so awesome, that it is ALWAYS crowded. You are not guaranteed an interior seat when you come here(there’s always patio seating). So if you want to do some work and bust out your laptop on a table, you really need to get lucky with your timing. If you do find a table seat, the experience can be 5 stars. If you don’t, you’re left to sit outside, in the summer heat, pondering the unfair world we live in of people who get to sit in AC and people who don’t.

THISLOCATION I have tried really hard to give this coffee Bean a chance it’s new and so far I was just letting them find their place… First Starbucks there was absolutely terrible and now it’s replaced the coffee being that I love with people that suck at working there! The first crew was absolutely not attentive rude had no customer service skills could not make a very good drink and now this new bunch of people that work there seem to not know what they’re doing whatsoever as well as messing up every single one of my favorite drinks… ugh I had the lady make me a chai latte three times and still could not get it right at one point I just said screw it! If you’re a coffee house you should at least hire somebody that knows how to freaking make coffee! At least one person! Yes I thought the third time would be the charm but I just wasted five bucks on a freaking drink I won’t even drink because you people suck at making drinks… I still like coffee bean though

This is one of the better Coffee Beans in my opinion(located in the palms/CC area). There is a lot of natural light that comes in through the windows. It can be a little tough to study there though as it is one of the busier locations. If you do choose to study or read while there, I would recommend bringing headphones or earplugs of some sort.

Came here with a laptop to work. I want a quiet and casual environment. Unfortunately this coffee bean has a few problems: 1) music indoor is super loud. It is blaring. With my ear plus on it is still really loud. I wonder if they are trying to kick me out subliminally. 2) bathroom door has no lock. I checked that you can open it from the outside easily. But I gotta go. This location has been open for months and there is no lock? Why? I got anxious having people busting in when I was using the bathroom. 3) the fan at the entrance is loud, so if you sit outside, you would have to deal with that noise every time someone opens the door. Good qualities: High ceiling and nice and bright. There are power outlets everywhere(sometimes on the ceiling so bring an extension cord just in case). People here are nice. Free parking.

I go to this site very frequently. Today I went in and ordered my drink but my drink took a while to get to me. The person before me got his and another customer after me got her drink as well. Now why was my drink taking so long I had no idea. Moving on, when I got my drink it taste like ice milk and coffee. I didn’t order something I can make in 5 secs. However, I took it back and asked the«supervisor» to taste it and tell me if it taste like a caramel latte. Supervisor gave me an attitude and I will not taste it but I guess I will make a new one. I did not reply to that sassy and ignorant statement that was made. Well Yeah I guess you should make a new because i refuse to drink this drink that was made by the barista. If you can not make this drink then plz get someone who knows how to make the drink. This site needs to conduct a good customer service. They dont know how to communicate to a customer that is a regular customer /unsatisfied for not meeting up to the standards of making a simple drink and NOTAPOLOGIZINGFORTHEINCONVENIENCE. Thank you for the worst customer service and rude behavior. Learn how to meet the standards of a service that should be provided to a franchise like Coffee Beans.

Last week, I tried their Zucchini Oat Loaf. It was delicious and I was excited. But today, I bought one again and it was stale and hard. Kinda like a biscotti. Wha’ happened??!

This is probably not one of my favorite locations, but is the one closest to me. Based on my experience, the quality of the service can be on either side of the spectrum(I’ve had excellent baristas and also baristas who couldn’t even look me in the eye or say thanks). For the most part, the drinks have been consistently good. It’s usually pretty crowded here, so finding seating can be difficult. I like that there are a lot of outlets around the small study desks, but again, it’s hard to get an open seat. I’m not sure what the deal is with their Wifi, because I’ve always had trouble getting a good connection here but it seems that other people are able to use the internet just fine. They do have a private lot, but it’s small and almost always full, so it can get a little chaotic.

I really like this location – spacious, modern, and drinks made right! If only I was within walking distance! Came in recently to order a Winter Dream Tea Latte(sugar free), and it was made well. The drink had a strong tea flavor and was sweet, but not too sweet. Unfortunately, the Coffee Bean location closest to me makes it horribly. Parking seems a bit tough even though there’s a private lot. It gets crowded here even on weeknights.

I love coming to this Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. I come here for its location, awesome drinks, and it’s spacious establishment. I love the fact that I only have to take one street to get here from my house. Some locations tend to be smaller in square footage and I love that the square footage is grander here. I definitely enjoy the extra room to breathe and move around while I wait for my hot beverage. And free WiFi is a huge plus! The baristas know exactly how to make my drinks. I like my regular English Breakfast Latte 2% and with 2 sticks of honey and my Chai Tea Lattes also with 2% and an extra ½ scoop of mixture. The staff is friendly and courteous. And they’re pretty quick about getting orders out, even on their most busiest peak hours. It’s definitely a good thing for people like me who get crabby if they don’t get coffee right away, lol. Imagine if they were slow? It would be chaotic to the gajillionth power! Parking near the entrance is limited so it’s best to park in the parking lot at the bottom of the plateau. I like the vines that run up the bars at the entrance – you get that garden ambiance. The plush seating area is very comfy and it’s a great spot to meet up with friends or to wait for the next bus ride.

Longer hours at this location, currently from 5 a.m. to Midnight. This is also the first«Coffee Bean» that I’d call half Bohemian, half suit-and-tie crowd. It’s quite a hubbub, and can get a little noisy. Bigger lounge, outdoor patio, side chairs, private corners, you name it – people come here to study or talk business. I’m a modest fellow myself, I’m simply here for the coffee and tea. Lately, it’s been all about the«African Sunrise» which is a honey-vanilla flavor from orange leaves. By the way, if you have a minute, it’s fun to Google«Africa Sunrise» just to see beautiful images of the world’s largest continent. #life-as-I-know-it

At first, I was reluctant to walk into a Coffee Bean where Starbucks used to be, but I decided to try it out this morning. FIrst of all, beautiful interiors. Very spacious and comfortable. Second of all, love the baristas. A female barista was trying to get me to buy Valentine’s cookies, male barista is also very energetic… thank you for making me laugh early in the morning!
