Wow I just called them to order and they couldn’t even tell me how they cook their pizza, what kind of crust they have, like deep dish pizza or brick oven pizza. The girl that answered the phone acted new and when I asked to speak to a manager, there was none to talk to. Not ordering from them. Bad service.

We came Tuesday at 7 pm, no other customers. The hot wings were delicious. Vodka pie tasted like frozen pizza, vodka sauce was not vodka sauce… was more like sweet marinara with a bit of cream added. We won’t be back.

I have not tried anything other than the pizza twice. Nice people, clean, new interior and ok pizza. I find all pizza in this area tastes very similar – not a lot of herbs/spices; distinctive sauces; fresh mushrooms; or distinctive pepperoni.

The first time I tried this restaurant was through pizza take-out. A new resident and Brooklyn native, I was excited to try Cranford’s version of «Brooklyn» pizza. Nothing about it reminded me of Brooklyn; it was the first and only time I’ll be ordering pizza from this place. It wasn’t bad — just completely average, and my goal is to find GOOD pizza in my new neighborhood. I also dined inside this establishment on a second occasion. The service was good(nice waitress); however, the food was again average… at best. If you want a decently priced Italian meal, check it out(I doubt it will be crowded). But if you’re looking for a really good Italian meal, I would keep looking. I don’t have kids, but it seems like a place people wouldn’t have a problem taking their kids.

The most expensive grocery store frozen pizza you’ll ever buy. If you’re looking for the last box of Celeste’s at the supermarket, just go here instead. Nope. Never again.

Awful is the best worst to describe there food waste of money so disappointed. The panini tasted old and stale the vodka sauce not even worth mentioning since there wasn’t enough on the panini to taste. Sad

Awful, tastes like frozen pizza. Beautiful décor, over priced. Very friendly waitstaff. It is a BYOB which is a plus.

I usually use my GrubHub and to order from Brooklyn but this time instead of the location I usually get I got this one… My fiancé and I were starving so we ate a few slices of our Sicilian and it was extra extra extra crispy essentially burned and put in a box anyway. I prepaid on my card and pre tipped as well… It really bothered me that they would take my money and not care at all about how the pizza comes out

Came here for a late lunch with a friend from back home. The wait staff are like robots only know basics … Not very friendly or personable. We waited 10 minutes before anyone came out of the back to seat us … We had the same wait when it came to ordering our food as well as getting the check … We orders a meatball sub and chicken parm The bread for the meatball sub was soggy and the meatballs were blah … The sauce for the chicken parm was very bland and I had to add a bunch of seasoning to the chicken and the side of pasta for it to even be edible . If you want my recommendation as someone who grew up and lived in Cranford her entire life… Try Tony’s, Calabria’s, or Emma’s for actual Italian cuisine that tastes great and you will always be greeted with a smile … This place won’t be around for much longer.

My father just ordered a large pie, extra cheese. The cheese was government cheese and the pizza was raw with no spices. My father says«it gives Brooklyn a bad name, worst pizza I ever had.» Buyer Beware!

1st time. last time. I don’t even know where to begin. I ordered Brooklyn Style garlic bread– got home– and the tin foil was baked INTO the bread! I couldn’t event take off the cheese and tomato on TOP of the tin foil since it was ALL baked in together! I called. and they delivered me new garlic bread in pieces! I had to put together the loaf myself and bake it! it was not cooked! I ordered the large calzone which was a glorified hot pocket with 2 peperoni and I think there was a sausage in there. I could not believe it! I saw the ratings on here before I ordered but had a gift certificate to use. NEVERAGAIN! I feel bad writing this but I feel I owe it to my fellow ‘yelp’ers on here to let them know what they are in for! I have pictures of it all but not sure how to post. I can’t make this up!!!

It’s a hit or miss with this place. Sometimes the pizza is really good and other times it’s burnt on the bottom or they screw up the order.

I wanted to give this place one more shot, so I figured I’d order something else besides pizza. The Philly cheesesteak didn’t help this place’s reputation, it was clearly a frozen Steak-um. Why bother having a cheese steak on your menu if that’s what you’re going to serve? The only positive part of the sandwich was that the bread was solid. I won’t be going back to Brooklyn Pizza again.

My go to spot for some great food! I love it here. They even have a 9.95(or somewhere around there) lunch menu. I really dont know why they have such bad reviews the food is seriously amazing !! I guess people write reviews more often for a bad experience than they do a good one which is a shame.

I’ve always been luke warm about this place. I don’t know what it is. I just don’t get a comfortable feeling here. I’ve never been in here when it’s crowded — 4 or 5 tables max. Not sure if it’s more of a takeout place. But even still, the food is okay. Good but not memorable.

Tried this place late Friday night and sat outside. The service was great! He was very attentive and even poured our BYO beers with refills. The app choices weren’t super enticing, but we tried the calamari… It was mostly rings which I love! They were meaty pieces and lightly fried… The sauce options were OK a marinara or spicy chipotle mayo(which we didn’t care for). Would love to see a balsamic calamari here! The pie we ordered was the bruschetta pizza. It yummy… Lots of cheese, tomatoes and basil… Maybe could have been lighter on the cheese, but that’s just my preference I guess. We will be going back again to try other pies!

Placed an order for delivery which is about a mile away. They got here within 20 min for a grilled chicken baby spinach salad and eggplant parm. Kudos for excellent customer service and wait time. Total was about 26 dollars not including tip. A bit over the edge. The salad could’ve looked a bit more presentable and the parm could’ve needed more marinara.

Tonight I ordered a supreme for carry out. My experience was just that, ordinary. The crust was very good, crisp around the edges, and if you’re a fan of that type crust, you will be pleased. The toppings, sauce, and overall taste were fine, nothing to write home about. $ 15.95 plus tax seemed a bit overpriced, however. Thankfully I had a $ 10 certificate through Corporate Perks, and the pie was definitely worth that small out of pocket amount. I’d try again, for that discounted cost.

Saturday night and all I can say is never again. Spaghetti and meatballs for $ 14.95. No salad, meatballs were flavorless and mushy and finally the spaghetti was overcooked. The sauce was mediocre. if you believe that you can judge an Italian restaurant by its sauce and meatballs, then this place is a clear loser. go elsewhere.
