Taco Bell

Stopped here on cross country road trip for restroom/​drink/​baby break and the customer service was incredible! I even got called sweetie! Talk about some Southern Hospitality– Southern Belle’s at Taco Bell :-P Also the ladies restroom was one of the cleanest fast food restrooms I’ve ever been in

This is my second time trying the breakfast.

Most disgusting restroom I have ever seen. Layers of filth on the sink. Floor was a mess. Bathroom stall had many different fences sprayed about. It liked like it had not been washed in days. Two employees out front smoking cigarettes did not wash there hands after smoking. I can’t say I blame them bathroom is disgusting.

I come to this Taco Bell when I’m in the area. The place is extremely clean inside. I’ve yet to get a screwed up order, although I mostly eat in.

I am only giving it one star because it won’t let me post negative 5. Order tacos and there was little to none in the shell. The quesidillas was suppose to be meat and cheese… Very little meat and not much cheese… Stay away from this location as employees don’t really seem to care about the quality of the menu items. When the problem with the order was addressed we were told «what did you expect?»

Horrible service, guy couldn’t take our order from converting with another employee. Entire place was dirty, looked as though tables hadn’t been wiped down in a week, sticky with crumbs and trash. Even the counters for ordering, getting sauce, fixing drinks were gross. Food was thrown together haphazardly. Only thing worth eating was the cinnabons. Well not be back. Even for a typical fast food joint this was way below par.

Food was fast when I ordered inside. That was the positive.
The negative… there was a HAIR IN MY BURRITO.

Came here with my family and we were immediately advised by a patron that he’d been waiting a long time for his order. We took the risk and placed an order thinking, «how long could it take». Well he was right on and we should have taken his advice and move on because our order took 15 minutes to receive. Our meal was lukewarm and the employees working didn’t seem to care about much about anything.
I don’t know if this was a fluke experience, but if we have a hankering TB, I’ll run for another border.

I’ve passed this Taco Bell several times but haven’t stopped in until recently.
The family and I were visiting a friend nearby and needed a quick dinner close by. We stopped in Taco Bell around 9pm on a weeknight.
First thing we noticed was the local theme they adopted with the LSU décor. I’ve never been to a Taco Bell that has done this. Another first for Taco Bell is the two flat screens mounted in the dining room. They show some kind of Muzak like programming that includes quick news bites, music videos and of course, Taco Bell commercials.
The food was prepared as ordered. We had a couple of special requests and had no problem getting the food prepared to our requests. We were missing two items form our tray and as we walked up to the counter, we were met halfway by the counter person with our missing items. It was nice to see that they realized their mistake and took care of it.
All of the food was prepared fresh and delivered hot. Interaction with the employees was nice. They were very polite and attentive.
The dining area was clean as was the drink station.
My only complaint is that the sound on the tv’s was a little load. Maybe they had it cranked earlier in the day when they were busier. Since we were the only customers in the place at this time, it was a little too much.
