I was super excited about this Starbucks opening up close to my home… Only about a 4 minute drive… I typically go to Starbucks, 4 – 5 times a week. This particular location always seems to be sold out of something or they just can’t get the drink right. I’ve had to go back 3 times for watered down drinks. Every time I was questioned as if I did something wrong. Their customer service in the drive-thru needs help and the employees shouldn’t be so rude. Hope they get it together soon.

Drive thru Starbucks take away the focus of providing exceptional customer service unless you are behind the wheel. The décor is quite blah — almost too Austin, Texas over Covina. It looks like an office with a bar in the middle of it. Maybe this location will be selling booze soon. Lots of people working on their laptops doing their business work, probably for hours on end. There is a nice counter seating, if all the tables are taken.

I passed by the Drive Thru and the service was excellent. Everyone that attended had a sincere smile on their faces. I was greeted very politely and my food was given to me with a smile. Good job to all the varistas.

Way too slow. I waited for over 15 minutes and finally left after not being helped. This location makes me want to never go to Starbucks again. Seriously pathetic!

I just waited 5 mins in the drive-thru line to get to the ordering window. I asked for a butterscotch latte and they said they were out. Since they are advertising so much for it they can at least put a sign up saying they are out before other people waste there time sitting in the drive thru line. TOTALWASTEOFTIME!

Just left this location and I gotta say, this particular Starbucks has me wanting to quit Starbs all together! And I do NOT say that lightly! I am a gold card member and go almost everyday, but this location has SUCHLOWQUALITYDRINKSANDNOCUSTOMERCOMMUNICATIONWHATSOEVER! This is the 5th time I’ve received a drink that was NOTACCEPTABLE. THEONLY reason I didn’t go back in was that my bf is running late for work. I really wanted to try this new«espresso infused whipped cream» frap&being that it’s the last day it’s available, and Valentines, my bf said he’d treat me. But after waiting 15 mins in the drive-thru line, I received a frap with regular whip cream&an EXTREMELYWATEREDDOWNTASTE! I am so dissapointed and frustrated! NOBODYBOTHEREDTOTELLUSTHEYRANOUTOFTHEWHIP. WEHADTOOVERHEAR1BARTISTATELLINGANOTHERBARTISTA«well we ran out of that, sooo…» WTF? Then tell your customer! Don’t just give them a drink and hope they don’t notice or say anything??? The worst part is, last week I had to go back to this location, after leaving the drive thru with an iced coffee that tasted like nothing but water. the color was even that of just milk. When I went back inside they did fix my drink, and were very cool about it, even saying that the drink looked nothing like coffee, it looked like milk with ice. But why is it that for the second time in two weeks, I need to get out of my car and go inside to request a drink I already waited 20 minutes in line for… from somebody who works in customer service this is just not OK. We cannot pay almost $ 5 a drink and receive something that has no taste or isn’t what we ordered. What I am most upset about is the lack of communication to the customer. if somebody would have just told us that they ran out, I could have requested a different drink and been happy. But the fact that they attempted to pass it off in hopes that we would not notice is so incredibly frustrating… I really do love Starbucks. but all these horrible experiences are just making me realize I need to make my coffee at home. It would be one thing if I got what I paid for, but I have, not time and time again. so for that reason I think I’m done.

Best service, I love this place. New so I gave it a try, but what sealed the deal was the sweet Asian boy in the drive thru(don’t know his name sorry) who wished me a good week. I’ve never been told«have a good week» this made my day… Stop by here whenever you pass just to have someone make you smile

I’m soo happy a Starbucks opened up here. I’ve been here several times already and so far customer service is always Awesome… The girls are always friendly and greet you with a smile. I’ll definitely be back for my Iced Chai Tea Latte.

First time trying Starbucks! It’s up the street from where I work. I am not a coffee person but I just wanted to try it since everybody talks about how good the drinks are. My coworker and I went a couple days ago and it was a good experience the cashier was very nice and we explained it was our first time and that we were wondering if she had any decaf drinks. I believe her name was Mars. not too sure but she was very nice and she explained all the drinks and the decaf drinks as well. She made us feel so comfortable since we knew nothing about sizes and drinks. overall great customer service.

Brand new Starbucks opens close to my house. The drive thru service was fast and exact. The coffee wa delicious and so were the spinach foldovers hat my 2 year old loves.
