Pizza Hut

Lets be honest… on Sunday’s I don’t want to cook, and just want to chill and watch a crappy lifetime movie. But ordering takeout/​delivery usually costs at least $ 15 – 20, or up to $ 30 for even just one person to order, making me feel guilty for wanting to even try it in the first place. Enter pizza hut…
I’d heard the commercials for their $ 5 flavor menu, with all items for $ 5 when you order 2 or more, so I decided to go for it. It’s close and cheap. I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza and WingStreet bonelss wings with Honey BBQ sauce.
The wings were crispy, hot and juicy inside. I was actually pretty impressed with their flavor/​juiciness. The sauce was drizzled on and the bottom of the container had a big puddle of sauce in it so you could go saucy or lighter with BBQ, which I appreciated. The sauce was a little sweet, but ok overall.
The pizza was also OK. Pizza hut isn’t known for mind blowing pizza, but what I got was fine. It wasn’t totally hot. The wings seemed fresher than the pizza.
I ordered online, and was quoted a 15 minute time. By the time I got there (in 16 minutes) everything was ready for me. A-​OK experience overall. I’d come back again for a cheap meal (without this deal, my price would’ve been over $ 17)!

I ordered online and checked in. It was a bit busy (2 others in line) so when I never was addressed on how long my order would be, I let it go. I knew I was likely early. I took a seat but after 20 minutes and not a peep, I checked in. While my pizzas and wings were apparently waiting in the warmer, there was no desert (perhaps given away to someone else?). While I was told I wouldn’t be charged, I was also told it would be 5 more minutes.
I don’t come here often and apparently with time I forget how poor the service is as this isn’t the first time I’ve had issues.

When we walked in there was no host and it took 15 minutes of us just standing there before somebody said they would be right with us. Then they walked back into the kitchen and 5 minutes later came out and took us to a table where they left no menus and walked away. Came out again 10 minutes later and got us menus. He put two plates on our table and one of them was not cleaned so we had to ask for a new one. The food was good which is why I gave it 2 stars instead of 1. I would recommend delivery and definitely not dining in. There was nobody else in the restaurant so I’m guessing everybody knows not to dine in here.

Worst service I have received from a Pizza Hut, Not only did my bf and I have to seat and grab the menu by ourselves. but after waiting about 10 min for someone to even acknowledge us we had to walk out!!!

I was in such a good mood before I went here. It said it had a drive thru, so I went thru it and there is a bell by a window that you ring to get service. Then I ordered a personal pan pizza for my daughter, that was it. They told me 15 min, I said no problem, so I waited there by the window, cause there was no other place to go. There wasnt anyone behind me either. Then after 10 min someone pulled in behind me and they asked me to pull to the front and they will bring it out. So I did. I then waited another 15min and I finally had my older daughter go in, she came back out with it. I asked what took so long and she didnt know. So I went in to find out what happend, and they told me I should have drove back around and got in line. I told them what the girl said to me about pulling in front and wait, and the only thing she said was sorry you were misinfomed. I left that place upset and I will not go back. They cant even train their employees right.

The reason why I chose this place was because its close to the Quarry Movie theater. When I arrived there was no host and had to stand there for 10 min until one of host told me to have a seat. If you want to save yourself a tip go to this place because I had to grab the menu and reach out for my soft drinks. The place needs more workers because there was only 3 people operating that place. The host, general manager, and the guy in the back. Never again eating there.

Terrible customer service on the phone if you try for delivery. What a headache. A snippet: had to call three times to complete the order.

Very attentive & friendly server, especially since she was the ONLY one we saw attending 7 tables. Food was fair. Serg call it «Pizza Slut» but really he’s the pizza Slut!

Tight parking lot. Drive up window for pickup is a plus. Skimpy on the sauce for breadsticks. Always have had my order ready for pickup when I order online. My experience is mostly positive, but feel 3 stars is the best I can do.

Wow. I can’t believe that I haven’t written a review for the one place that has kept me sane in the suburbs this past year. I literally live 20 yards from here, and I’m too lazy to go and pick up the pizza. Delivery rocks, and they don’t judge my pudgy ass for not coming to pick up the pizza…
I order here literally once a week with my brother, on Monday nights, right before 24. By the time I place the order online, and get ready to see what’s going on in Jack’s world, the Pizza Hut delivery gal stops by and we’re all paid up, before 24 starts.
Yeah, it’s Pizza Hut, and it’s not all that great in the grand scheme of pizza. but it gets 5 stars for being here before Jack saves the world, and they don’t judge me.
(BTW – you can phone ahead/​place an order online, and go through the DRIVE THROUGH to pick up your order!!)
