Taco Bell

This is the best Taco Bell I have ever been to. There are other locations closer to where I live, but I go out of my way to come to this Taco Bell. My order has never been messed up here, the food is always prepared as I expect, and the staff is very friendly.

For some reason my Mexican husband likes Taco Bell and is always trying to get me to stop there. So my family of two adults two children stopped at this location last Friday night at 9:45 pm. Haven’t been in like two years, and it looked really nice with the remodel. The dining room was super clean, and even though it was going to close at 10 pm, the guy taking our order told us we could eat in. He was very nice and patient with us, as we had forgotten the menu items. He even helped me order something I had years ago and didn’t see on the menu. Food came quite quickly and was like, really good! Plenty of ingredients, nice crunchy tacos and piping hot. My kids gobbled everything up and wanted more. I never want to go to Taco Bell, but I have to admit my little family had a fun dinner. I liked this location and we will be going back. BTW, we never saw a manager, mean or otherwise. The employees were doing a great job on their own.

Taco bell is pretty much the same where ever you go. Thankfully they got our order correct but it was kind of a weird atmosphere in the restaurant. It was as quiet as a library! No music, no one was talking, no volume on the tv. Just a little strange.

I give up. I’ve been here 5 times in the last 4 months and the staff has never gotten my order correct. My first visit was in the dining room where the manager argued with me about whether or not I wanted avocado on my Cantina bowl. I did not want the scoop but wanted the dressing. He could not wrap his head around that. He was rude on top of his lack of listening.
The second visit was to the drive thru where again the staff could not get my order straight. I asked for a soft taco and a bean burrito. When I received the order it was a Hard shell and a meat taco. The staff again argued with me about what I had ordered.
Today was the final straw. I asked for a cantina bowl with no cheese or dressing for a lactose intolerant companion. What arrived was a cantina bowl with double cheese and dressing. I’ll not be back.

The staff are friendly and efficient. Wait times are very acceptable and they offer tvs for viewing while you wait (playing some looped version of California Mountain Dew X games). The dining area is kept clean and well light. The parking lot is hard to get out of due to cross traffic on LaGrange if you need to head South.

I have been to this particular Taco Bell location numerous times and I have to be honest– every single time has been a positive experience EXCEPT for last night’s. I wanted to write a review based upon last night’s experience because I am hoping that management takes a look at reviews on here and can use this review to ensure that they are utilizing best practices.
Around 6.30pm I went through the drive-​thru to pick up some dinner and my order for myself and someone else was pretty basic– two soft taco supremes, two drinks and two gordita crunches. Easy peasy.
First of all, while ordering, we were incredibly rushed by the individual on the other end. She sounded annoyed, frustrated and in all reality, probably shouldn’t have been working in the drive-​thru if it was going to be such a hassle for her. So we ordered our food with the rude lady and pulled around as she requested. When we got to the line near the window, we saw a young employee putting up a banner outside. It was extremely windy, and he was having a bit of a difficult time putting it up which is understandable. The problem was that the person in the drive-​thru window (the rude lady) was yelling at him, telling him how to do it in a very rude manner and then finally said «forget it, I’ll do it!!» This, my friends, was heard two car lengths back, as we were still waiting in line at this point.
The kid looked upset and embarrassed, and I would have felt that same way if someone was barking orders at me from across the drive-​thru lane. Anyways, we get up to the window and lo and behold, the rude lady yelling at the employee and hurrying us was a MANAGER. NICE. She shoved the food at us, barely acknowledged our presence and huffed and puffed the entire time. I was shocked, because the employees are usually always so kind, but this manager was RIDICULOUS.
When we finally got to our destination and opened up the bag of food, everything was soaked through with juices and sauce. Disgusting. Even the hard shell gordita crunches were soggy.
We probably will go back again, but I can honestly say that if I see this manager again, we will have words or we will just go to another location. I hope this isn’t the head manager and someone will be able to assist this lady in proper etiquette in terms of general manners and in running a restaurant.

One of the better Taco Bell restaurant locations I’ve been to.
New, clean, spacious and modern. And the service and cleanliness here are far and away better.
Food prep gets one star off… A bit lacking on the inclusion of all identifiable ingredients in my chicken burrito.

Top notch for a Taco Bell. They are super friendly, fast, and never mess the order up.

Its lunch time on a weekday, and I need to find cheap filling food. After this first visit I get this… Friendly cashier and staff. Food is good. XXL Grilled Stuft Burrito and a crunchy taco. I had an appetite from work.
Come on… its all hot gooey goodness. The best drink with all this is a Baja blast Mountain Dew :). Stuff gets me wired.

This is the best taco bell I’ve been to ever since they rebuilt it and got new people working there. Everyone is friendly and service is fast, my orders are always correct. I like the seating arrangements and the parking lot. It’s my number one fast food choice if I need a meal that’s quick and they get it right the first time.
