Great, efficient and friendly medical care. I’ve now been in twice and with little wait time, I experienced the same great service.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The doctor told me to go straight to the hospital for a blood clot and have an ultrasound and then forgot to write a letter for the ultra sound to be done. Then the Doctor refused to fax the letter for over an hour while I waited at the hospital so I could have the ultra sound to check the serious blood clot in my leg. If you are thinking about stopping by this walk in clinic… Don’t. Honestly as soon as they received my payment they didn’t care about helping me at all. The doctor is completely rude and unwilling to help. I know there is a new walk in clinic in Huntington Beach by Cosco that is much more helpful and friendly. Next time I will just save my $ 150 and go there.

In and out with everything I needed in less than 20 min. This place was convenient, efficient, and courteous. Very impressed with their customer service and would definitely come back if need be in the future!

This is my first time at this urgent care and I chose it over previous urgent care’s I have been to because it is so close to where I live. This location is hard to get into and doesn’t look great from the outside however inside it looks brand new and clean. The people at the front desk were friendly, but a like other reviewers said I was not greeted and I had to ask what I needed to do to be seen. I filled out a bunch of paperwork and then got taken back in a reasonable amount of time.
This is somewhat personal but I believe it should be said. I went in for UTI symptoms and since I’m prone to them I know the drill and knew I needed a urinalysis. The first issue was that the assistant/​nurse who took my back opened up a cupboard underneath and sink and pulled out a plastic cup, exactly the same as the ones you get when you ask for water when there is a soda machine. Obviously not sterile. Every other place I’ve been to I’ve been given a sterile jar and I thought this was a standard of care. Second issue was that there were no wipes to use before giving a urine sample, which means that the sample can be contaminated by the bacteria living on the skin.
This urgent care offers on-​site lab testing which is nice. One of the doctors, who was older who had great bedside manner explained to me that I had a mild UTI and put me on cipro.
Fast forward a week later and I still have symptoms so I called them and someone picked up the phone and mumbled some sort of greeting I couldn’t even understand. I told her that I was wanting to know if there had been an antimicrobial susceptibility test done on my urinalysis, and after repeatedly being told that she didn’t understand what I was saying I finally got transferred to a doctor (who knew what I was talking about immediately even though the receptionist stated she was a nurse). He said that the sample was inconclusive because it had been contaminated by outside bacteria (big surprise) and that I would need to come back in for another test. He was very pleasant and I explained to him that there were no wipes in the bathroom, and he said he would talk to someone about it.
In the end I asked to get the lab report which I’m waiting on. I don’t know for sure but I think it’s standard to run a bacteria susceptibility test for a UTI on everyone prescribed antibiotics but whatever. Will not be returning and would not recommend to anyone. There are much better Urgent cares that allow you to access lab reports online and are much more professional.

Do not go to this urgent care! 2 years ago I went to this urgent care for something minor. I just now received a bill from a collections agency which Im willing to pay once I see the underlying bill, that I actually have an amount due. We open all our mail and pay all our bills. I know we never received a bill from this urgent care until this collection notice just received. Very poor and costly business practices on their part!

This place is shady. My husband went in for a Tdap whooping cough shot and was told insurance didn’t cover it and that is would cost him $ 180.00. We were expecting a baby and he needed the shot so he reluctantly said ok. We called his insurance when he got home because this just seemed wrong and they said the Tdap is 100% covered and there is no record of anyone calling to verify coverage! This place just wants to over charge customers and get cash payments. I am going to be reporting them to the BBB.

Literally a scam. Do not go here. I have amazing insurance and they tried to pull a fast one and charge 242 dollars for my co pay. Avoid avoid avoid

I love this place !! I was going on day 6 with the flu and I finally felt up to getting to a dr and it was great ! They treated me wonderful and I was seen very quickly. I am a Tustin resident and it is awesome to know we have a local urgent care to come to.
The medical staff is not only professional but caring and courteous. Thank you Xpress Urgent Care !! If your ever sick don’t hesitate to come here your in good hands !! Xoxox

Would give minus 1 stars if I could. From the front desk to the bumbling rude doctor in the back, this was everything wrong with our healthcare system. There are lots of people who will take your money, treat you better and at least know what they’re doing. Beware!

Walked into this facility for the first time, and this will definitely be my LAST! I signed in and filled out all of my forms at 10:09 a.m. There was ONE other person in the waiting room and when I asked how long it would be the receptionist told me there were only 3 others in the back being seen right now. I went back at 10:24 and was seen by a nurse, after answering the same questions I had answered on my forms she told me the doctor would be with me shortly. Cut to 11:08a.m. And I STILL haven’t seen a doctor. When you feel like you are literally dying, the last thing you want is to be sitting on a stiff doctor’s bed waiting and waiting and WAITING! Pretty sure they forgot about me which is unacceptable.

Receptionist was not welcoming and borderline rude. Everyone else was extremely friendly (the doctor and the assistants). The only thing that bugged me was that the doctor scolded the assistants twice in front of me for what seemed like rookie mistakes (putting a laceration patient in the wrong room, and forgetting to give a necessary shot). I feel like coaching should be done in private; at least not in front of patients.

Came into the Xpress Urgent Care on 17^th Street for a TB skin test so I can volunteer in a class for my school.
First Impressions: Clean, looks really new and well maintained. I called over the phone before going and the woman told me it would be $ 50 for a TB test.
When I first walk in I’m NOT greeted, NO ONE looks up. what the heck.
I’m just awkwardly standing there in the lobby in front of the desk. I I take it upon myself to ask if I sign-​in on their clipboard. She looks up from whatever she’s doing and says «yes». So I sign in, I take a seat. There’s only one other person in the waiting room with me.
I’m sitting for about 15 mins before she calls me up to fill out the packet of paperwork they have you fill out. After I fill out the paper work I sit and wait for about 25 mins total. She finally asks why Im here. I tell her i just need a TB test for school, she then tells me that I didn’t need to fill out all the paper work for a TB test. (the clipboard packet they make you fill out is only to see the doctor.) … THANKS FOR TELLING ME AFTER I FILLED IT OUT AND WASTED 35 MINUTES!
She had me fill out a separate form for TB instead and tells me i will be seeing a nurse instead and walks me right in.
It was a frustrating waste of time for a very routine and quick procedure. Hours aren’t good and parking also sucks, only one way in and out.

I’ve been here twice.
First time I went because I had lesions around my mouth. The doctor told me that it was cold sores and it’s not contagious and prescribed me this expensive chapstick that he instructed me to apply around my mouth. Well, ends up I had impetigo, a highly contagious staph infection and applying the chapstick only spread the infection.
Second time I went because I had an ankle injury. I could not walk (I was dragging my foot) and told the doctor it was merely a sprain and didn’t even bother to give me crutches. Well, ends up I fully ruptured my achilles.
So, yeah don’t go here.

I came into this Urgent Care facility because I had a UTI and it was not going away so I knew that I needed antibiotics for it. The facility itself was VERY clean and the paper work to fill out before hand was not too bad either.
I was not on any health insurance at the time and was told up front that it would be $ 150 to just see a doctor and another $ 35 for the actual test done on my urine. I was thankful for the clarity of this because I had previously called other places and none could give me a clear answer.
I was taken back to a room and after the nurse took my vitals the Doctor came in and told me that I had a UTI and he would prescribe me some meds. This happened within 2 minutes, then he walked out. I had some more questions so I told the nurse when he came back in and he called the Doctor back, this time around the Doctor did not seem as friendly. He gave pretty general answers and then said «You can leave now» —-
I dropped almost $ 200 for this??? ARE YOU KIDDING ME?
Why are you a doctor if you do not CARE about helping people??? You have all the time in the world. no reason to be rude and uncaring.
Doctor’s name was SCOTT something… he clearly does not care about patients and should not be a doctor.
Rest of the staff was courteous and kind.
SUGGESTION
If I am paying close to $ 200 for a consultation with a doctor, I expect the doctor to ask me several questions about my condition.
–To at least act like they are interested in my health and would like to help me.
–Thoroughly discuss the RESULTS of my tests that were taken which should’ve happened and did not.
–. Also informing me of some ways to prevent this from happening again and to ask me if I have ANY other questions.
Please make some changes or you are going to continue to have VERY unhappy patients! :(

Nice staff – very efficient the day I was there for TB test. In my neighborhood. Pricey at $ 50, but by the time I drove to one of my insurance-​covered $ 10 places in traffic – I’d burn another $ 15 in gas and time.

This place is AWFUL!
When it first reopened after the remodel they had a good doctor on staff. The last 2 times I have been there, no doctor only a nurse practitioner who is completely incompetent. Both times she diagnosed me I went to The urgent care on Birch street to get a 2^nd opinion. There I saw a REAL doctor and got proper treatment

I have been to this place 4 times only because I am in serious need of help. Every time it is a rip off and I have never been compelled to write a review until now. Avoid this place at all cost. The doctor that treated me this time was rude and made me feel like an idiot.
Not only that but for a 20 minute consultation charged me $ 170. ARE YOU KIDDING ME. If it wasn’t for my insurance I would of had to pay $ 300. This is ridiculous. For a doctor to confirm what I have that I already know in 20 minutes and give me a prescription… it cost me $ 170…
I have been charged around $ 100 before and I asked the front desk why the prices had gone up.
The only response he had was that «the doctor inputs the information in the back»
If you are going to charge people this much at least act like give a damn about your patients.

Very disappointing! Stopped in to get my son a physical and my daughter a TB test. I thought I was going to need CPR when they told me the pricing, they call it a sports physical and it runs $ 120.00 Then they told me that my daughters TB test was going to be $ 50.00
Because Ive already heard from other moms that are taking their kids for the same tests and physicals I knew that that pricing was outrageous and I ended up going to another walk in clinic or urgent care just up the street. I paid $ 18 for the TB test and $ 50 for the sports physical. Again I am very disappointed, I can only imagine what they charge when you really need some medical attention. No thanks, I went elsewhere!

The first time I went to this clinic was fine. I was there for a possible broken arm, the doctor took x-​rays. Done.
I thought this Urgent Care would be a great alternative for when my primary doc couldn’t see me, as it was close to my home and looked clean. I’ve gone back back a couple times and it’s gotten worse and worse.
The last two visits are the reason I’m writing this review on Unilocal.As with any other walk-​in, doctor’s office, etc… you go in, see the Doctor, pay your co-​pay and leave. If there is any extra money due you get a bill in the mail.
A few months ago I needed to go back. While waiting in the lobby I was called up to the desk to be told that I had an outstanding balance from my broken arm the year before? Figuring that they must’ve had my address incorrect in the billing department/​system, as I had never received an invoice or phone call, I made sure they had my correct contact information, paid the amount plus my co-​pay, was seen and left.
Cut to today, I and am waiting to be seen when I was called up again saying I had another outstanding balance due. AGAIN, I had not received anything in the mail or a phone call. I asked why this amount wasn’t asked for the last time I was in, with the other balance due, she had no response. We went over my address again and it was correct in their system. I asked the front desk girl, the office manager and also a lady from their billing office in Fresno why I am not getting statements, nobody knew why but they swore they sent them. RIGHT!!! The billing office lady was very rude and would not let me be seen until the bill was paid in full. Well, I paid the bill in full and walked out. The whole thing seems very shady. I can’t place my finger on what’s going on with this place but something deceptive in the billing department is happening in my opinion.
I then asked to see the doctor so I could make him aware of what was happening. His response «I don’t handle billing, talk to the office manager» He couldn’t be bothered.
I will NEVER go here again.

The doctors here are of average ability, and they don’t seem to enjoy their jobs.
The front desk receptionist are snooty and rude at times.
In a pinch, this is an «ok» place to go, but not a good place to rely on.
