Vista Drug

An old time Drug Store reminisant of drug stores in Chicago when I was a kid. The other posts pretty much some up the experience of coming in here. I was looking for a product that is typically only available from the manufacturer on line, but found out they carried it here. The clerk could not help me find it since he said they are not computerized and could not verify it was even in stock.
However, I enjoyed looking through the unique products, and eventually found exactly what I came for.

5 Stars for a drug store? Yes.
Our choices as consumers (not considering online) have dwindled and consolidated. You have CVS, CVS, Rite aid and maybe a longs here and there.
Vista Drug is more independent, which means they offer a (strange) variety of goods that you do not typically see in you run of the mill drug store (all of which pretty much carry the EXACT same items)
Vista Drugs shares this shopping center with other unique vendors such as El Metate Market, The Detroit Bar, Alejandro’s mexican drive through and Captain Mike’s Fish Fry.
Vista Drug has a wide variety of strange and interesting items, including a metaphysical-​ish section with (charged) candles, incense and cards on chakras and color therapy.
They boast hair stylist tools, toys, perfumes, off beauty products, bright colors and cheap plastics.
