Worst drive thru pharmacy, felt like I was at DMV. Rang bell several times while watching a pharmacy employee inside mulling around who never acknowledged my presence. I thought the bell might be broken. This went on for several minutes, then a second employee walked in view. Now I’m ringing the bell nonstop and finally one of them looks at me like I’m interrupting and comes to the mic to help me. Could barely understand them thru mic, had to ask repeatedly to speak up. No sense of customer service or understanding that any of us can choose to do business elsewhere. Terrible attitude on the part of their staff and no sense of customer service.
Postscript: after driving off I found they didn’t provide me with the measuring dispenser for the pediatric oral antibiotic I picked up. Unreal.

The people at this pharmacy are poorly trained and never well informed. They are argumentative and blame everything on the doctors. They refer you back to the doctor for no reason. The wait is always long even for simplest of medications on a light day.

I was very unhappy to find out this so called 24hr rite aide’s pharmacy is closed. They closed at 7pm along with all their other locations in the area. I will be moving all my families prescriptions to CVS as they have a true 24hr pharmacy. Just sucks to find this out when your child is out of their medication and you need their service. I will not make this mistake again!

I have been coming here every single month for 10 years and they treat me like garbage– like I’ve never been here and they don’t care if I never return– every single month! Unfortunately, this is where my doctor prefers his patients to go or I’d absolutely go elsewhere.
A DECADE of loyal patronage…

Pharmacy has the worst service. I was on hold for 18 min before being cut off. Finally spoke with a tech. They said Rx would be ready in 30 min. Showed up 3 hours later only to be told to wait 20 min because now they are busy.

I usually always go to rite aid but every time I come here there are at least 8 people waiting and it takes at least 30 minutes just to pick up a prescription even though it’s already filled. Also, forget about going through the drive through. If it’s busy at all you will wait for at least 20 minutes to get someone to even say hi.

This is the Riteaid store that we prefer. We have two stores that are closer however the pharmacy staff /​sales staff are actually fast and efficient.
