this place sucks! i have never eaten at a Sonic before and never will again, we went there yesterday for the burger special. They were not busy and not only did our food take forever but all of the burgers were cold. The only redeeming thing was that the worker was friendly.

Once again, super bummed they made a mistake on my order. My husband and I went for ½ off milkshakes and I ordered an Oreo chocolate and they gave me a regular. Usually I’m not one to complain, but the one time I want a chocolate milkshake they make it wrong, and then take 20 minutes to make me a new one because they forgot about me and I had to remind a second employee that I was waiting on my milkshake.

The employee named Marlene working the drive-​thru was very rude. As soon I as pulled up the drive-​thru menu to place an order she said I will be right with you & about 5 minutes later she takes my order. As I was trying to read the super small words on the menu I asked her what flavor shakes there is and she said the menu is right in front of you. Marlene has such a poor attitude and if she’s that unhappy then get another job! The only good thing about my visit was the two shakes I ordered after 8 PM in order to get the half off deal. Only $ 5 for two large milk shakes. Sonic please get a nicer employee than Marlene and make the menu font larger so it’s easier to read! I contacted Sonic headquarters to report her, If you have this kind of job then you should know that you have to have good customer service skills and you can’t just be a B*tch for no reason.

came with my family and ordered the simple order of 4 slushies. We waited for 30 minutes and I finally called over one of the workers (who wasn’t roller blading like they are known for) and she told me, sorry we don’t have the flavor you asked for. Ummm what!!! I couldn’t have been told this before I wasted 30 minutes of my time!!! I told her thats ridiculous and just asked for a refund. She told me my card didn’t even go through, which is outrageous because I have been using it all day with no issues and I have sufficient funds. I called the manager and she just said I’m sorry about that. This place is ridiculous and hyped up. If I get charged for what happened today I swear Sonic will not hear the end of it. Very upset.

Came here because of a 10 dollar gift card, but this place is out of this world. How do they have two of them so close to each other and not go bankrupt yet?
Ordered a double bacon cheeseburger with avocado, and got a cheeseburger.
Ordered a rootbeer, and got soda water.
Called customer service and I was put on hold for forever… Who even calls their customer service line when they don’t have customers?

I ordered the Loaded Chili & Cheese Bacon Ranch Lil Doggie for $ 1.49
The Chili was great, the Cheese was plentiful, the Bacon was good, the Ranch Sauce was creamy and the Jalapenos were delicious.

We came here after shooting some pictures. I got their regular cheeseburger. And the boyfriend got their bacon cheeseburger toaster, minus the cheese. But when he got his sandwich, there was cheese.
He also ordered a Chili Cheese Lil Doggie. He said that it tasted too salty. Overall if we’re in the area, and hungry this place is okay, and pretty cheap.
For me personally, I usually can eat anything, and once in awhile I like a burger. And since I have a little under a month until I leave, I feel like I have to eat all of the american food I can get my hands on before I leave!

I had a decent experience here but her service is what gets the five stars. My order was messed up, but she went out of her way and gave me above and beyond customer service to make sure I was happy…

The only thing good at sonic is half price shakes in the summer and half price slushes at happy hour. Menu is so overpriced it’s not even funny. $ 4.29 for ¼ pound cheese burger really and it’s not even juicy only flavor is pickles! Nothing I ever get here is ever piping hot it’s always warm. Doesn’t matter what sonic I’ve been to. Can get two double cheese burgers with pickles and onions for 2 bucks at McDonald’s similar taste less than half the price I get sucked in by deals but honestly everything should always be half price!

Coming from a sonics virgin I have to say I’m still not that impressed by their food and the hype that the commercials give it.
I went with the cheese burger and tots. Maybe because the tots weren’t fresh or something not sure. The service was pretty prompt from hearing the horror waiting stories.
I will come back here soon and update my review when I try more on their menu, but as of now it’s still a ³⁄₅ stars. Always room to improve

Sonic! I’m so confused and I’m not quite sure where you fell off!?! Maybe you were just having a bad day? It’s okay we all do.
I had a simple order just a number one nothing special and a lemon berry slush. My order came out but my drink was wrong. No big deal the guy fixed it and brought out the correct drink.
I’d been craving sonic and was so excited as I unwrapped my burger… well to my surprise it was extremely dry. Not good at all. Such a disappointing visit. Lucky for you sonic I believe in second chances please pull yourself up by your boot straps and get it together! Oh two stars for the slush!

I had to check this out since I heard you can do an old school drive in where you order your food while being parked in your car and employees roller-​skate to you.
Well darn, I didn’t see skates, but I did sit in my car and press a button. I got the coney dog with mozzarella sticks and an oreo shake. The whole shebang was only 10 bucks which is quite affordable. Nothing outstanding with the coney dog as it was mediocre chili with lightly cheddar cheese. The mozzarella sticks were decent, same type you’d get at BWW. The oreo shake was the star here. It was quite thick so I let it sit for a bit to melt. However, I love the pieces of oreo cookie and the medium is a decent size.

This place used to be good. What happened? I parked my car and ordered at one of the walk up screens. Got a #6 chili cheese dog combo with chili cheese tots and a cherry limeade with an extra chili cheese dog by itself on the side with onions. The girl taking my order said «okay» after everything so I thought she got the order.
But that was not the case. She repeated my order and said it was combo #7 with fries, cherry limeade and an extra footlong coney dog. NO. I told her that was incorrect and repeated my entire order slowly to her. She apologized and repeats my order: #7 combo with chili cheese tots, cherry limeade and an extra footlong coney dog. Did you want a medium or large? NO!!!
By this time I was pretty frustrated because not only was she breaking up but after my 3^rd time repeating the order to her, she asks me if I want tots or fries with my order *face palm* maybe they need to update their speaker connections or maybe she needed to pay more attention? Not sure what was going on.
My food finally came out and it was bleh. I would’ve been much more satisfied with Weinerschnitzel. My hot dog was nothing special. Kinda lukewarm. My tater tots tasted like salt. They weren’t crispy either which was disappointing. The only thing I was satisfied with is my cherry limeade lol. I won’t be at Sonic’s again.

I’ve been to this Sonic a few times & have been disappointed every time. In fact, every Sonic that I have been to is just horrible. The food & the customer service is horrendous. Our last visit was the breaking point. I went with my husband & daughter for a sweet treat. Pulled up & pushed the button to order. It took 7 minutes for someone to finally take our order. Now, this is actually what happens every time I visit a Sonic. I can understand if it’s busy but I tend to go outside of peak hours.
We ordered 2 shakes, a blast & a cherry limeade. Simple & you would think quick. Nope! It took 30 minutes!!! Again, not the first time we’ve experienced an extreme wait time for something simple. Once we got our order we were very disappointed. There were no toppings as our shows in the picture. A quarter of the way through my blast it was nothing but vanilla ice cream left. It obviously want mixed properly & there was very little to begin with. The same happened with the shakes we ordered also.
I have given 4 different Sonics the benefit of the doubt & more than once at each location. Every visit was worse than the last. All the employees are young kids who don’t care about providing good customer service & quality food. Such a shame.

My boyfriend and I were headed to the gym but made a pit stop at Target and opted to go to Sonics (mistake #1) instead the gym (mistake #2)…oops. We parked at the car hop and ordered a small chili cheese fries. We were disappointed that they didn’t rollerblade to us like they’re known for but rather walked to us… I might as well have driven through the drive-​through and save them the energy. When we took a bite into to fries, it was like getting a mouthful of salt and oil. It was extremely disappointing and I would not come back if this is a representation of their menu.

First I have to say… Sonic in California has the worst service ever. There is no comparison to those in New Mexico.
I’ve tried to give several different locations an opportunity to get things right. Today my wife and I stopped by to purchase a shake and blast. We were in the mood for something sweet. Not only did it take 8 minutes for someone to finally take our order after pushing the button. Then it took 35 minutes to get our order not to my surprise it was wrong. My wife’s order came out as a small instead of a medium. 35 minutes and they still got it wrong… took another 15 minutes to replace it.
So I’m attaching a photo of what you have advertised on your board and what I actually received. I will let you be the judge… does it look anything like what I received.
Not only have I come to this location a few times hoping that things would change but no such luck. There have been times I’ve come around 6pm to be told that they’re out of a lot of items on the menu. How do you run a business like that?
Well I guess this will be the last time I will come here. Oh yea, it was suppose to be cake flavor all I could taste was vanilla and round sprinkles. No cake!

I don’t come here for the food. I had it once but I don’t like it. Maybe because it got cold during the drive because I didn’t eat it fresh. My boyfriend just brought a hotdog thing home but I can’t imagine it being amazing if it was fresh. Lol, I’m only here for the happy hour drinks! Watermelon plus a splash of lime with popping candy! Mmmm, my favorite! My boyfriend loves the blue powerade with lemon. So cheap that we always get the biggest size even though we can’t even finish it without feeling horrible in the tummy for all the sugar being consumed. Not even a full $ 2!!! Come for the drinks, eat elsewhere! Hahaha

Everything is great just one BIG WARNING!!! DO NOT ORDER THE LEMON BERRY SLUSH WITH NERDS! IT IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE AND WAY WAY TOO SOUR TO EVEN SIP.
Regular lemon berry is way better. Idk if it’s the same with all nerds slushs but I imagine it might be.
Like I said everything else is perfect! I’ll still give 5 stars specially cuz the staff was great when I told them I didn’t like my slush and replaced it quick.
