Ralph’s Pharmacy

I love this pharmacy! The team that runs the place has been doing a great job getting me my medications for the better part of four years. I will never go back to CVS since I have grown so accustomed to the quick convenient and friendly service that the team at the Ralph’s Pharmacy on 17^th St. provides.

After reminded me that Claritin-​D is now a «controlled substance» and only available behind the counter, the pharmacist brought me right over to the pick up window and took care of me right away.
I also got my flu shot here earlier this year with minimal wait and inconvenience!

The fastest Pharmacy I have ever gone to. They are typically able to fill my prescription within 20 minutes when they have it on hand. They are also extremely friendly, which is something you don’t always find in pharmacy staff.

Never have I had such a bad experience at a pharmacy or felt so judged. I rarely write reviews on Unilocal.This happened in December so for me to write a review in March shows that I’m still REALLY upset over what happened.
I had just gone to the doctors and it turned out I had bronchitis (which later turned into pneumonia) and my doctor wrote me a script for antibiotics, and inhaler, and promethazine cough syrup. First, the pharmacist read the script WRONG. He said that it was promethazine codeine and it wasn’t on the right script. I told him that he should call the doctor and he refused. I had gone to Walgreens but they were out of promethazine (regular promethazine). I was just trying to get my medicine so I could feel better before the holidays. If I could give this place zero stars I would. NEVER going back there again. I ended up leaving it and getting it EASILY at Albertsons.

The pharmacy team is always professional and willing to lend advice.

Friendly, fast & knowledgeable service. They handle most all of the insurance policies. Very little waiting and smiling faces. What more could you ask for in a pharmacy?

Ralph’s Pharmacy on 17^th is sweeeeet. I love to be able to go in there and pick up my scripts while shopping. Wait is never long, people who work there are ALWAYS super nice and professional. So great compared to CVS — where I felt their customer service lacked, big time… and they made a lot of mistakes.
Ralph’s is my new local pharmacy and I really appreciate their location, service and prices!
