super small store and very limited merchandise… sales clerk seems nice and greeted me as soon as I entered the store…

Bought some shoes from Puma online on Black Friday and attempted to return them in store at this location. Apparently if you ordered something online, you cannot return in store and you can only mail it back. Geez Puma, what century are we in??? Now I have to waste time returning it and dropping it off elsewhere. Forget buying anything online from them anymore.

The Puma store in the South Coast Plaza is a medium sized store with the Puma essentials. I was at South Coast with a friend, who wanted to check out the Puma selection since she bought a nice pair of Puma shoes in the NYC Puma store. This location is about 1⁄3 the size of the NYC store. I looked around the store, but didn’t find or see anything that was interesting enough to try on or buy. The staff was friendly while helping my friend try several pairs of shoes on, so 4.5 stars for them! For now, I’ll stick with my old faithful… Adidas! Xie Xie!

This was the best Puma with the nicest, friendliest staff. I must have tried on every purple shoe combination in the store – and then some. Too bad that they’ve decided to make my shoe size range over 4 sizes. You heard me right. My guess is as good as yours for my size. I went up 2 sizes in one shoe and down a size in another. I mean, WT? I love that they don’t waste money on «full» boxes, and I bought a pair that didn’t fit, anyway. You heard me right. Now, I have to keep them in their little sleeve until my true size arrives at the store, if it ever does, and whenever that may be. I tried them on again, and nope, even 1.5 sizes bigger than my regular size– they are still too small. But it was BF, after all, and I saved around $ 40. Add that to the dollars I dropped elsewhere, and well, it was worth it. I sure hope that they arrive soon, as I don’t want them to go the way of my Tom’s.(At home, never to be worn more than once. sigh). Thanks Costa Mesa Mall, Thanks BF, and thanks Puma. Gotta love shopping south of the border. And to my LA peeps: I checked in, and then I checked out. Yes, I was really there. :)

I have always been a fan of the style of Puma shoes, but hate to buy stuff at full retail prices. Stopping by on Memorial Day weekend, I saw that they had a 30% off store-wide sale. The staff was friendly and helpful, even though it was pretty crowded, and I was able to find a cool pair of casual shoes and cap for golfing(without looking like a Ricky Fowler impersonator) at good prices and get in and out with no hassles.

Went here with my gf to return some stuff we got online that wasn’t how we expected. They did not accept the return because the credit card digits were not printed on the receipt — even though online clearly states we can return instore. The cashier was nice, but this was pretty lame. We ended up exchanging for a jacket and $ 10ish store credit.

on the 3rd floor right in the middle of the west building. service is sub-par. they only really pay attention to you if you are actively trying something on or if you ask for help first. store layout is pretty easy to navigate, though if it’s even the slightest bit busy(aka more than 4 customers), it gets crowded fast. their placement of racks /walls is a little weird and stuffy. product selection is decent, nothing out of the ordinary. but i love the location adjacencies — the fact that you’ve got a lot of shopping available to you all around — that’s some great marketing. :)
