The play area is fine and my kids like to come here. However, they are constantly having private events and close the place down. I brought my kid in to get him out of the house to play and they inform me that a private party is starting 20 minutes after I get there and that he can only play for 20 minutes. Not a giant problem except that they charge me the FULL price. If they are going to kick people out after only 20 minutes, they should give a discounted rate. A bit of a ripoff, this place.

Yeah this is a perfect rainy day activity, if you’re okay with staying home with a sick child for the next week. They must not sanitize, ever! Every time I bring my kids here they get super sick after. Also the owner was rude to my friends kid. I will never go here again and I suggest you not either. If it’s a rainy day take your kid to the toy factory. They have an indoor park.

TOTALLY agree that this is a perfect rainy day place for a kid. My daughter and her friends go flippin’ CRAZY for a couple hours and release a ton of excess energy. The author of the hidden review is also correct: This is unequivocally NOT a place to take a kid younger than 3. First, they wouldn’t have any fun. Second, they’d be terrified and likely to be hurt. Parents: Use some common sense.

We rented the Wacky Indoor Bounce for a community event we put on recently. Danielle, the owner, and her staff were very easy to work with and did an awesome job with parents and kids the night of the event.
The kids had a rad time, and we had an awesome time too, as the staff did most of the cleanup. We pretty much just showed up and everything was ready.
70 plus kids, no injuries, smiles all around (especially the parents!)
We’ll be doing it again.
