Horrible experience with this company. Unprofessional. Sent a surveyor out who did a sloppy job and did not keep his part of the agreement. We did not get our survey as he just casually walked around, said there was no property survey and found a neighbors property marker. Sent the bill. Our contract called for a survey which we did not receive. This person left the company. Owner of MSS, Inc was more concerned about ‘getting his money ’ than finding out what had happened with his ex employee. No customer service, no follow up, no remedy.
Stay away from this Company and hire a professional that offers customer service and follows up with what they agreed to do in the contract.
