The first time we came here everything was fantastic. And that’s why two instead of one star. Then the next few times we had a very, very horrible experience each time. We kept getting this nasty, fat slob. Stains all over her pink tee shirt and belly blubber hanging way over her belt loops didn’t make for an appetizing experience. How she holds a job here is beyond me. The few times before we finally stopped coming, she was always in that dirty pink shirt with a snarl on her face. Service was beyond slow with very few customers in the joint. Food always came out lukewarm, and always something missing. One time the cashier asked how everything was, and I told her it was horrible, all she said was, «Oh. Sorry.» Real sincere. Stay away at all costs!

denny’s in cortland was horrible. the service was horrible this place deserves no stars. the food even worse. they forgot to bring out some of the food that came with the meal. then after we were done with the meal they told us do u want the bread or hashbrowns that went with that meal. dont waste ur time eating there.

We were seated right away even though they were at capacity. Service was excellent. The sauce on the Tuscan Superbird sandwich was amazing. I tried the Baja moons over my hammy sandwich and it was yummy but the avocados may have detracted instead of enhancing. Several kids seemed happy and pleased with their cutsie cupcake themed drinking cups. I was able to get yummy fruit bowl instead if hash browns.

No Stars!!! Awful service and very disrespectful! Obviously racist the GM Kelly was rude and defensive when I asked for my money back after my FrenchToast to go was dry undercooked and missing the condiments… I was also told by the manager Jaime that refunds aren’t given on to go orders and expected to take the food a group of them surrounding me inspected.

I was not satisfied with this Denny’s at all. I asked for a vegetarian option of one of there skillets. After I got the food I started to eat it. After about 10 minutes of eating the food I realized that there was sausage in the skillet. When I asked the server why there was meat in my food when I had specified that i was a vegetarian, they were rude and inconsiderate to the fact that I did not eat meat. I do not recommend ever going to this Denny’s, or any Denny’s at all.

Slowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww. Graduation weekend and they have a trainee in the kitchen. Walked in at 10:45am. Walked out at 12:00. Our waitress was nice. But everyone didn’t seem to give a shit and when I complained they thought a simple sorry would do. But I did get a 20% discount which in turn I gave to the waitress, only because she was the only one who seemed to care. One star to her… and only her.

There was a bug hopping around in the eggs in my girlfriends plate. Yeah. Awesome. The coffee tasted like it had been sitting around all day. And my skillet contained food that was burnt. Charred potatoes. Yummy! The waitress was very nice about it. The manager, however, seemed like he couldn’t care less. He acted like he was doing us a favor by reducing our bill. We’ve been there before and never had a problem, but. Bugs in the food? Yuck.
