Had the chow mein with chicken, excellent. Big portion for the price, came in starving left happy and full, with a take home plate.

It never fails, the Beef Lo Mein is always on point and delicious. My phone order is always ready when I arrive. I just wish there was a separate line to pick up your phone order. I usually spend another 7 minutes or so waiting in line to pay for my food.

Love this Hudat– close to my work and very quick! The sesame chicken, char-grilled beef, and lo-mein are amazing. They also offer brown rice which is really important to me! The ladies that run this place are super duper nice and remember my orders all the time. Love it! Try it for lunch or dinner, you won’t be disappointed!

Great quality of food. This place has a great story behind it. I’ve never had food of this quality. Not greasy or overly preserved. You can actually taste that the food is seasoned with real herbs and spices. I recommend the chicken lomein.

Ok I have to start by saying this place doesn’t have Vietnamese Ice Coffee?! I have never been to a Vietnamese restaurant(with a full Vietnamese menu) without having classic Vietnamese ice coffee. This had us a bit worried when we ordered but we gave the food a shot. This is your slightly below average«Order by Number» Vietnamese restaurant. Not bad. This place may settle your Vietnamese craving(MINUSTHEICECOFFEE) if you don’t mind weak rice, slow service and sub par food. The best part was the cookie with the bill.

Was in Corpus recently for a family thing and came here on my sister’s recommendation for lunch with Mom, sister and niece. We walked in and there was a good crowd in there for lunch, we were greeted and walked in to check out the menu. This is kind of a self service counter in as far as you seat yourself, walk up to the counter to order and get your own drink and silverware. The place was clean and bright and the staff seemed friendly enough. We ordered and received our eggrolls(you have to order separately they are not included in the lunch plates) right away. We also got our plates pretty quickly too. The servings our very generous too! I got the Hunan special which included your choice of meat and level of spice. Either mild or spicy, I ordered spicy and it was really good, but I could have taken more heat. Like I said the serving was very generous with chicken, zucchini squash, broccoli, mushrooms and carrots. It came with your choice of rice, but I paid a dollar extra to get the lo mein which came on a separate place. It was good, but I’m used to my lo mein being a little bit of a thicker noodle with a bite to it. Overall, I was very pleased with my lunch as was everyone else at our table. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone as a great fresh and tasty lunch choice. I would also come back anytime I come back to Corpus.

It really is amazing how different all the Hu-Dat’s are. This one if by far the best of the bunch. They have traditional Vietnamese dishes without the Americanized takes. We ordered a Bun bowl with tofu, chicken and egg roll and meat rice dish. Both were fantastically flavorful and filling. I think I prefer Phở Saigon to this place but this Hu-Dat is a very close second for top Vietnamese in Corpus. Enjoy!

A clean little restaurant off SPID, this location is also a good Hu Dat option. I had the vegetable lo mein and it was probably the best lo mein I’ve ever had. There is a little area with the chili infused oils that I enjoyed sampling the different variations. Their tofu was really flavorful as well. Service was quick and courteous. A must try in the area.

The Phở is just amazing. The broth is so rich and flavorful. This time we tried the M2: Mi Thap Cam — Chicken, pork, shrimp with egg noodles soup — but hold the shrimp. And the M3: Hu Tiêú Mi Thap Cam Chicken, pork, shrimp with both egg & rice noodles soup. Delicious! Plenty of fresh bean sprouts, cilantro, jalapeño, and lime on the side to add to the broth. Then add some fish sauce, and you’re in heaven. We also had their yummy egg rolls. We order fried wontons and pot stickers. Both were way over cooked, just short of burnt, but still edible.

I work about 2 miles from this place, go here pretty often for lunch when I forgot to pack my salad(lol). My favorite is the beef bun bowl aka vermicelli noodle salad with grilled beef. Price is great, expect to pay 7 – 8 dollars, or closer to 9 if you add extra meat or eggrolls etc. Great place to get to-go food too, pretty quick service!

This location is a lot better than the other locations of Hu Dat. The meat and noodles taste fresher here. The staff is also very friendly with the customers. I think maybe the other locations have a lot of turnover and are just unhappy because they don’t seem to interact much with the customers. All about customer service and great food, right? When I come to CC, I feel like I come to this restaurant at least once while I am in town. Great phở and bun! Dumplings are delicious as well. I’m not a big fan of their spring rolls but everything else I’ve had is pretty good.

I can’t believe the difference between the restaurants calling themselves«HU-DAT» This place is night and day difference from the one in Portland. Lunch M-F, they do an express lunch, go to the counter and place the order, they bring it out to you. Other times a full service place The Phở here, WOW, the broth is so delicate and flavorful! over a couple of months I’ve tried several different bowls — I would suggest staying away from any with the meatballs, just a little too tough

This place rocks! We are here last summer during the A Champs swim meet and could not wait to go back today!!! The phở, lo mein and sesame chicken will not disappoint.

Before they moved to the new location and now, they still are amazing. Their Phở is one of the best i’ve had and has always been super awesome at making everything perfect. Appetizers come out fast and are fresh, drinks are always refilled fast and the tables and restaurant are always clean. The Phở is amazing, A super hearty serving of meat and noodles, all the vegetables were fresh and crisp, Sauces were full and the pepper oil bar was clean and perfect as always. We regularly get the soft spring rolls as an appetizer. they are amazing!

Dnoodle is consistantly fresh. I love their phở and vermicelli bowls. I have also had really good lo mein here as well.
