Awesome place. My 3 yr old enjoyed all the options of jumpers. Clean and fun! Price is affordable then other places. The staff is friendly.

I’m only giving them 1 star cause I can’t give anything lower than that. To start off they don’t help you at all. You set everything up yourself and do everything yourself. Second, (this pissed me off the most) they wanted to charge me extra for taking my own pizza’s cause they have a new policy that you have to buy pizzas from them, but they never told me about this policy when I booked the party. Third they charged me 30 dollars more than what I was suppose to pay because they don’t do semi private parties anymore. Don’t you think they should of still charged me 270 instead of 300 since that was the price I was told to begin with or maybe a courtesy call to let me know that the price changed. Fourth, did I mention they don’t help you with anything and one of the girls is not very friendly! Never again will I go there and I will never recommend it to anyone. Horrible establishment! If I would of know all of this I would of just had my party at Brinca on Saratoga.

My 3 ½ yr old daughter LOVES this place… the staff is always helpful, they even play with the kids at times… the place is fun, comfortable, and clean. We are planning on having her birthday party there next month and also have plans to renew our monthly $ 25 membership since we are there so much. the membership allows unlimited jumping during open hours… I highly recommend BBB and also recommend the staff member Liz, she’s awesome with the kids.

We held my 3yr old daughter’s birthday party here. I will first say that the bounce house side was pretty fun for the kiddos. That’s where the positives end. For one thing the management shorted us on our time in the play area by quite a bit and they were extremely rude and cheap. I’ve never been to any establishment and been reminded 4 times that I have to pay before I leave. Not even at the worst restaurants in the worst neighborhoods. Maybe they have runners??? I don’t know. It is unacceptable. And please don’t ask for more napkins. You’ll get reminded twice more about how they are not included and will cost you extra. It really was comical and maddening at the same time. All that being said, I can not recommend this place for a party.
