Butler Signature Events

I am so disappointed in Cassandra at Butler Rentals (let’s call it what it is). In June, we met with her for well over an hour outlining a SIMPLE backdrop for my parents’ 50^th wedding anniversary. We picked everything out and even drew detailed sketches with Cassandra’s help. We signed the sketches and I at least had the where-​with-​all to take pictures. Cassandra was supposed to notify us of their arrival to set up — still haven’t received that call. It was by accident that we ran into 3 men who were setting up. When we called, we were told a designer was on site — asked the 3 gentlemen who was the designer on site — response: None of us. Never mind the constant frustration with colors, fabrics, and everything else. Further, the valence that was sent wasn’t even long enough to cover the cross bar!!! Thank God a friend of ours was there to make it work. I will say that the 3 gentlemen were nothing but accommodating and pleasant — they deserve 5 stars. Cassandra gets 0 stars for her lack of professionalism and service. I DO NOT recommend you go through them unless you take copious amount of pictures to get something even remotely close to what you want, and apparently even doing that doesn’t guarantee success.
