I was looking for something to be delivered to my daughters school for her 10th bday. I spoke to Liz over the phone and she was very helpful. She was able to create and deliver the balloons on the same day. My daughter was very surprised when she received them. They made it very simple for me since I live another state and was able to take my info over the phone. Only 2 things bothered me and stopped me from giving this 5 stars. The balloons was not the one I agreed on over the phone but my daughter loved them and the $ 15 to deliver was kinda high. But over all very happy and will use them again!
