Always In Bloom Florist Gifts

I have NOTHING but great things to say about this place! I don’t know why I haven’t reviewed it sooner! A few years ago, my boyfriend sent me flowers to work for Valentine’s day. It was a beautiful arrangement and it came with a cute teddy bear, but I noticed there was white mold growing on the stems of the flowers. I didn’t take away from the beauty of the arrangement at all, but I was a little bummed because I didn’t want it to affect the life of my flowers. I decided to call the shop and let them know. I wasn’t upset or anything, but the lady I spoke with on the phone was SO sympathetic, she offered to send me another arrangement! I politely declined, because I wasn’t trying to get anything for free, but she insisted. Well, the next day at work, my mouth literally hit the floor when I saw a gorgeous arrangement that was delivered for me! They even sent a small box of chocolates and a card that said to enjoy my new arrangement! This is customer service at it’s finest! They didn’t have to do that but the fact that they did, REALLY says something! Now, if anyone ever gets me flowers, I ask that they come from Always in Bloom! Love this place and will be a customer for life! :)

Perfection! Turned a beautiful arrangement I picked off their site into a stunning bouquet for a special occasion… annnnd did it all LAST MINUTE! I had planned to buy the flower arrangement and make it into a bouquet myself but forgot all of my supplies at my house (we were in CC for an out-​of-​town event). I called Always in Bloom about 3 hours before I was supposed to pick up the arrangement and told them about my predicament. They said «No problem, we’ll start working on it right away!» I couldn’t believe how pleasant and accommodating they were with a last minute change. Best experience I’ve ever had with a flower shop. And the flowers were fresh and gorgeous!
