I ordered from this location. The service was good, and the product was beautiful. I also ordered balloons, to which one of them was not what I ordered making the delivery kind of awkward. The other down side is that this was delivered to the local military base and no one mentioned to me that they could not get on base, so the person who it was delivered to had to go pick it out outside of the base. If I would have known this, I would have had them pick it up at the store instead.

I placed an order for my grandmothers 92 birthday. They made several attempts to deliver. About 5 pm the manger called to let me know they could not make the delivery because no one was home. Come to find out my grandmother was in FL for 3 weeks! The manager was nice enough to deliver the order the next day to another member of my family at no charge! Great service!(No one from the store asked me to post)

This is to let everyone know that this establishment will make an attempt to pay for their reviews. My daughter-in-law received a call and was informed that if she left a positive review, she would receive a dozen chocolate covered strawberries. Note to Edible Arrangements: You can not buy everyone. Some of us have morals.

I purchased an arrangement the day before Mother’s Day in hopes that it wouldn’t be crazy busy for them to hang around all day and wait. They delivered earlier than expected and no one was home but they said they would come back to deliver which was awesome. They did come back and deliver but I will say, my mom sent me a picture when she received the bouquet and I was quite disappointed. It doesn’t look close to the arrangement I ordered. For $ 73 I expected a lot more.

I’d give less than 1 star if I could. My daughter lives out of state and wanted to surprise me for my birthday with one of their arrangements. She requested delivery on Friday, which was my birthday. I was home until about 3 p.m., but I never got a delivery. My daughter texted me at wokr that night, asking«did you get it?» and I had to tell her no. She called them the next day and let me know I’d have to go pick it up. I couldn’t go until about 2 p.m. Saturday, but I let the girl at the counter know I was very unhappy they hadn’t delivered it when my daughter wanted and she told me they had tried to deliver at 12:31 Friday, but no one was home, so they left a door tag. She said they even tried to deliver to the apt. office, but no one was there. I let her know I was home and no one came at that time and no one left a door tag on MY door. She told me I’d need to talk to the manager, who would be in after Tue. and gave me the mgr.‘s card. I took my arrangement to work and put it in the fridge and dug into it on my break. The fruit, at that point more than 24 hours old, was good ~ at least what I ate. When I got home with it, I took it all off the skewers to refrigerate it and some in the middle of the arrangement was molded! On Wed., I called the manager, who only repeated to me what the girl had told me about delivery, insisting that her ‘delivery driver wouldn’t lie’ ~ insinuating that I was, and chastising me for not calling back on Sunday after I found the bad fruit on Saturday. I told her I was told I’d need to talk to the manager when I complained, so that’s what I was doing now, she wouldn’t have been there if I had called on Sunday. She wouldn’t even listen to the the fact that I was home and received no delivery. She just wanted to keep repeating her story. She wouldn’t even consider that they might have gone to the wrong place, just kept telling the same story over and over. My daughter did call the customer service number, where she was told that same story, but was able to get a promised refund of ½ her money. I’ll bet that doesn’t include the $ 12 they charged to deliver it ~ which they DIDNOT! This stuff is NOT cheap! The arrangement I got comes in three sizes that start at $ 59!!! They ruined a birthday surprise, they didn’t deliver as they promised, they didn’t(locally) try to make any amends or even listen to my complaint or offer so much as an apology. Their website says the fruit should be eaten within 24 hours and it was older than that when I picked it up, but I wasn’t offered anything fresher or anything. It was still wrapped with the delivery tag on it. And just sort of shoved at me. The attitude was, ‘here, take it and get out!’ I’ll admit I was upset, but I had reason to be. I had thought of using this company to send things to my kids in other states, but I will NEVER use them again!
