John did a fantastic job finding an apartment for my wife and I. He was always available to answer any questions we had and adjusted his schedule for us when we wanted to see the apartments in person. We would recommend him to anyone. It’s been over two months, and we still can’t believe this is our house. We find new things to love about it every day. We are grateful. John Curry went above and beyond for us. He cancelled the rest of our days appointments, and took us straight to his office to submit an offer. We were exhausted with the search, and relieved to move forward. Time went by, and we decided to make an offer on our #2 house knowing it was a compromise. That day John got a call from the seller of our dream house saying the initial buyer fell through. It was wonderful news! Another month or so passed before the deal finally closed, but John was on top of it every step of the way, and there are a lot of steps along the way. If you’re new to Miami, I cannot stress to you how important it is to have the guidance of a motivated and tenacious real estate agent.
