We have been working with my real estate agent (and now friend) Michael for a more than a year. My husband and I first met Michael in the summer of 2012. From the beginning, he has been reliable, hard working, prompt, easy to work with, always on time, and most importantly, honest. He is always maintaining an enthusiastic approach.
He also helps us with renting of our properties. He has an unbelievable network, and is always able to help us find the best deal on renovations that needs to be done. He helps in every step, and repeatedly goes well beyond his call of duty.
Prior to meeting Michael, I had worked with several other real estate agents. None could ever compare to Michael.
Whether you are looking to purchase a new house in Miami, Miami Beach area, or attempting to sell or rent your home I would highly recommend Michael. We find Michael to be a delight to work with and a professional in every sense of the word.

Michael is a great real estate agent and the stressful process of looking for a new apartment turned out to be a lot of fun with him involved. Most importantly, he listened to our needs (and we were pretty picky about what we did and did not want) and showed us several properties that fit the criteria. Once we expressed interest, he was extremely diligent in following up and ultimately got us into our current apartment (which was the unanimous favorite).
Finding the perfect apartment is usually impossible because eventually something has to give and you have to compromise… that wasn’t the case with Michael and for that reason alone, I would recommend him. He is professional, a good listener, a good negotiator and fun to work with.
