Had haircut before and it was okay so I tried again and they do unfinished hair cut, right and left side cut looks different, new hair artist most times I guess that’s how corporate hair salon works. Wouldn’t recommend.

I’ve been to this location before and the haircut it’s been ok but this last time I left in complete disbelieve! How can a hairstylist that basically just came out of school(July 2015) cannot cut straight lines. Hairstylist Contreras may seem shy and soft spoken but seriously the job you did on my trim on the back is awful. The sides instead of going down straight are V-shaped with an abnormally high squared back. Please AVOID this location or getting your haircut by MS. CONTRERAS! Totally disappointed

I started a new job recently and I am in a part of town that I am not yet familiar with. And to be honest, there’s not much around here to choose from. I’ve been so busy, and in desperate need of a wig-splitin’, that I figured I would knock out a haircut on my lunch break. The partial disclaimer is that I am used to a mid-higher end barber shop/hair styling facility… but I don’t think my standards are too high for some Supercuts. I walk in at 1:30 pm and I am the only customer. The person who would be soon cutting my hair, turns around from a chair in the very back of the shop, cell phone in hand, and says«umm hello? you getting a haircut?» There was no wait of course. I was escorted to a chair where even in the awkward semi-silence, I had to ask how they were doing, hows your day going etc. C’mon customer service 101. I tell the«stylist» how I would like my hair cut and the response was a «gross face» followed by «wow, okay do you always do it like that?!» Yes. The paying customer currently in your chair is saying yes. They start the process and begin complaining about how dead the shop has been. How they have been the only one working today and I was the 2nd haircut they have done. Fast-forwarding. The work was halfway done, zero desire to give me the style I was looking for, and when I began asking for adjustments, the attitude was back. Long story short, its not a terrible haircut, but it’s not 100% what I asked for, and I wasn’t pleased. The persons attitude was my main issue, like I was putting them out to do their job… that they spent the majority of the time complaining about. If you are in an absolute pinch, and don’t mind not getting exactly what you want(if you don’t care — hair is hair) then rock on. I just won’t be coming back. The haircut will cost you $ 12 but the attitude from the staff is free.

What a dump!!! Never seen a Supercuts in such a nice neighborhood this filthy and run down!!! Staff was lazier and dumber than the toothless wonders who clean horse shit out of barnyards. 2 stars for cutting swiftly on my infant baby’s first haircut. Minus 2 stars for butchering his bangs worse than an 80’s bowl cut.

Without a doubt the worst haircut I have ever gotten. I went in for a simple«buzz» cut. Five on top, and a one on the sides… How on Earth can you mess up a haircut like that? One side of my head was longer than the top, and the other side was almost bald. She tried to tell me that gel would fix it. WTF? And if the haircut wasn’t bad enough, this lady kept asking me to take her 300 lbs friend on a date, the whole ordeal was extremely uncomfortable. Do not go to this place.

Average prices($ 13 for a basic«supercut»), but mine was done just the way I like it. Staff was fairly friendly as well, plus I walked in and there wasn’t much of a wait.

You can’t beat a good haircut at their price. I’ve been going here for years, and with the exception of one lady, all of the stylists are fantastic. Be sure to put their number in your cell phone so you can call ahead and get on the list in the event there’s a wait!
