Coppell Nails

DO NOT GO HERE! U will do yourself a favor! My wife got her nails done here NEVER AGAIN!!! It took two hours to get her nails done two hours on the table! Not even the wait on top of that. Nobody wants to spend that much time at a salon. On top of that they didnt even care to give my wife at least a discount they apologized a thousand times but thats not good enough on top of that they didnt even do it right!!. The nails dont look good. IM PISSED OFF AND I DONT EVEN DO MY NAILS IMAGINE MY WIFE. FOR YOUR OWN GOOD DO NOT GO HERE THEY DONT CARE HERE.

They are convenient, not trained in quality or customer service and they seem to use cheap, inexpensive materials in order to skimp on customer quality service. The staff appears to be under entirely too strict management watch to the point of a visit being stress inducing. Do not recommend– no matter how convenient they may be.

I was seated promptly then left there for 20 minutes. No one came by to offer me a refreshment let alone tell me how much longer I would be expected to wait. When I walked in I was told I would be attended to immediately because I explained I have dinner reservations. Since they couldn’t be bothered to service me I put my socks back onto my (now wet) feet and walked out. A wait is fine when communicated. I’m an adult, I know my time constraints. Leaving me sitting there for 20 minutes with no service of any kind? Piss poor business model.

Na has done my lashes for a year. She is very professional, detail oriented and accommodating with my crazy schedule. Refills are inexpensive too. I highly recommend Na. She is very experienced and always does a great job because she is a perfectionist.

I just got my nails done here yesterday.
And the experience was amazing, they took me in right away and they where very nice. I love the mood they share when you walk in and I love how they greet you.
The man that did my nails and knew what I wanted when I explained it to him only once. I would recommend this place to any one! :)

First time going to this salon on a weekday after work. Salon was not very busy, but I was barely greeted and then ushered into a pedicure chair. The foot bath was luke warm and the pedicurist acted as if she wanted nothing more than for quitting time to arrive. Leaving her be, I let her work, where she butchered my large toe cuticle and drew blood! Then dunked it in the luke warm bath. Thankfully I was already taking antibiotics for a sinus infection, otherwise I am sure it would have gotten infected. After mentioning it, she did not even apologize for the cut!
Will never return and would not recommend this place. There are dozens of other salons that are more professional and friendly. Avoid this place.

I just went there and I absolutely loved my new set of solar nails. I would highly recommend it.

I’ve been to Coppell Nails several times because of the prices on Monday/​Tuesday, but I am always disappointed with the customer service. I really want to be a regular there but I never get greeted like they do some regulars. They always start off kind of nice, but after they finish my nails they totally ignore me and I am left to decide whether I’m dry or not and leaving myself without help putting on my shoes or anything. They just run to the register when they see me packing up so I don’t forget to pay them.
I noticed that the regulars they know well they treat like queens and don’t let them touch anything and check on them several times after they finish and almost walk them out and open the door. I’ve never experienced that from them, so I’m on a mission to find better customer service. My nails always look decent though so they are my last resort.

I’d like to give this place 5 stars for the great pedicure I received from Lucy. However, my shellac manicure was really disappointing. This was my first time with shellac and I told the techs that it was really important to me that my nails look nice as I just got engaged last night and am going to be showing my ring to all my friends and family when we get back to NY in a few days. That’s why I chose the shellac, because its supposed to last 2 weeks or so.
When my fingernails were wet, they looked great. However, I had lumps and bumps and bubbles in the shellac when it dried. I showed this to Ann, the tech who did the manicure and she fixed some of the bumps by filing over the shellac and applying more topcoat.
However, there are still bumps on my ring finger and most of my nails have no shine at all from the topcoat while a few are shiny. I could not tell that most of the nails were dull when I left the salon because Ann had rubbed oil all over my cuticles and nails and they looked slick and shiny.
An hour and one hand washing later and half my nails are dull and I don’t know how to fix them. So for a $ 53 mani/​pedi plus $ 10 tip, I feel ripped off and upset on what should be the happiest vacation of my life. :(

I’ve had my nails down at Coppell Nails 6 times… by Na, her husband, and Emily. They all did a great job but Emily files them the way I like so I usually ask for her. It’s not the friendliest place… they are very business like, but I don’t care because I don’t want to spend an hour talking anyway. I have yet to be dissatisfied.

I am so glad I checked out the reviews on this place, specifically about Na, who does a fantastic job on my nails. I never thought I would find someone who could do my nails like my former nail tech in Grand Prairie. I am very picky and I was driving all the way from Lewisville to GP to get my nails done every few weekends or so. It became too much of a pain, so I started to look into reviews of places close to me. Na is definitely the best at her work and I am so glad I found her! Not only is she good… she’s quite funny too… and I almost always get a laugh out of my appointment.

Maybe because I didn’t make an appointment or I am not a familiar face, I was not feeling Coppell nails. I walked in on a Wednesday for a pedicure, pink and white fill and a eyebrow wax. However once I saw the price for the fill– –$ 30, I quickly changed my mind. At Allure Nails down the street you can get a fill for $ 22. My eyebrow wax was $ 10 which I felt was expensive as well, except the lady did a great job. The best wax I have received from a nail spa hands down, so I might return for that service alone. The pedicure was ok, the color selection was not great and the massage was not the best, it was $ 25. The salon itself is kind of old looking with a little work needing to be done as well.

It’s almost ridiculous how long my pedicure is lasting, lol. Got it along with my friend in the middle of summer, and it’s almost Halloween! The polish, along with a blinged out flower design on it (much love!) is literally growing out along with my nails as I trim them. Gonna have to visit soon to get another color on! :)

na has been doing my nails for something like 7 years and I would never have anyone do them as long as she’s around. She is THE BEST at what she does. I highly recommend this place. They are awesome!!!

I think I may be jaded — I hated that they cut the corners of my toenails to make them round. That’s just wrong.

I have been using Coppell Nails every two to three weeks since the first of the year. I am so pleased with everyone at Coppell Nails and have had Na and Cindy both do my eyelashes. Anna and Mindy help me out with manicures and pedicures. I love this nail salon — I love how friendly and personable everyone is here. No bickering or fighting or crying as I have seen at other shops. have lots of fun while getting a professional manicure and pedicure plus my eyelashes extended.

I got my eyelashes extension done at Coppell Nails. It’s one of the latest cosmetic service. Na did my eyelashes and it is so natural looking. She took her time and make sure each lash is perfect. Other places will charge you 200 or more. Coppell is a reasonable price for under 200 $

I recently moved to Los Angeles and I desperately miss my nail lady of the past ten years (Na). She is absolutely wonderful, takes her time and does an excellent job. I cannot say enough about how wonderful this place is. Na is a perfectionist and makes sure her quality of work is reflected. I highly recommend this place to anyone in the Coppell (or Dallas) area that wants a good job done on their nails.
