They made the first lox & bagels that I like. It’s wonderful, but they don’t keep their hours on Christmas morning.

Terrible service. The girl, think she was the manager, seemed like she didn’t care at all about the people coming in. Don’t recommend this location.

Inexperienced/Inefficient staff. Bagels are ok. A fair number of bagel and cream cheese options and seem to have some good breakfast bagels. Somehow the chain lost its edge. Have eaten at several locations through out the country and they have become the bagel place-of-last-resort.

Pretty surprised to see some of the bad reviews, I love going to Einsteins the staff is very friendly. It’s affordable, clean, and a nice place to go for breakfast. The only thing I don’t like about it is they are out of most of the good bagels by noon and are open till 4. They need to either keep making bagels or make some more in the morning. I love the pretzel bagel with garlic&herb shmear

Went there on Saturday at 9:30am and they were«out» of bananas for their bagel toppers, as well as every kind of bagel except for potato, pumpernickel and onion. How can you be out of everything so early on such a busy day? Bad management, that’s how. My husband was with me and he said that’s been the story every time he’s been there. So sad. We love Einstein and we’re thrilled to see when this location opened, but they need to correct these issues ASAP if they expect to survive here. We won’t be back until reviews improve.

Probably the worst Einstein Bagel locationI have been to and I like going to one frequently. Don’t want to push everyone who works there under the bus but some of the staff is just plain bad. Don’t expect your bagel to be toasted just because you ask them to. Staff will roll their eyes at you if you tell them it is not. This morning had one person begin yelling at me when I told her that the bagel was plainly not toasted– it was cold! Her question after a roll of her eyes — do you want me to toast my lox bagel sandwich with the salmon, cheese and capers on it NO! Next — do you want me to make it again? YES, I asked for A and you gave me B and I want what I paid for! Sorry, this does not happen at other stores I have been to. Einstein’s is just killing its brand at this location. Don’t believe me just check the other reviews. Not one five stars and most of them one or two.

Went there for breakfast today. Got a asigo and plain bagel with a latte coffee. I noticed that the cofee tasted wierd and spoke to the server. She did not bother to check if The coffee was good or not. She just said i used the same milk thats on the counter and started talking to her colleague. I go there quite frequently and know what the coffe tastes like. I just threw the coffee away cause i didnt want to get sick. Horrible customer service. Will never go there again.

Just had my last visit here. After they rang up our sale, I took my cup over for some decaf. I didn’t see it so I asked and was told: no, they don’t have decaf today! Don’t get me wrong. I like regular coffee, but I need to stick to decaf. So, I had water instead. What kind of breakfast restaurant doesn’t have decaf? Apparently, this one.

Having heard about their new $ 6 Mondays deal, I knew I had to come in. A baker’s dozen is usually ~$ 14 with shmear but if you only want bagels, then come in for the $ 6 baker’s dozen on Monday! I stopped by around 8am on Monday and there wasn’t a line. Service was very fast and they included all the silverware within my box. I would definitely come back again. :)

I LOVE bagels, there use to be an Einstein’s next to my high school and I would stop by at least once a week to grab a toasted bagel before school! This location doesn’t have a drive through, but that’s okay walking into the shop and smelling the bagels makes up for it! I took a while to decide because I haven.‘to been to Einstein’s in a while and they had new schmear and bagel flavors. What I recommend is pick a bagel hat you like and pick a schmear make sure you asked for you bagel toasted, trust me toasting your bagel makes a world of a difference! My combos always depending on how I’m feeling: 1. Plain bagel(toasted) with plain schmear 2. Cinnamon sugar bagel(toasted) with honey almond schmear 3. Asiago bagel with plain schmear. They gave half off drinks from 3-closing I believe! Even though I took a while to decided the staff was very kind and helpful!

I have been coming here since the place opened just over a year ago. I come here for coffee almost every morning because it is the only place open at 5am. My biggest problem with the place is the cleanliness, or lack thereof. The bathrooms are rarely cleaned, and today we noticed small ants crawling on the counter top where the coffee is served. Not good. There are almost always crumbs on the floor when I arrive in the morning. So, they are not cleaning the place every evening after they close. I have emailed corporate about the problems, but no response. And, it is not just this store, the store in Lewisville is even worse, so it is an area problem. The employees are pleasant, so I think the problem is with management. Another issue is the free Wi-Fi. When it works, it works well. But on at least three occasions in the past year, the Wi-Fi has«gone down». And, when it does, it takes WEEKS for them to get it fixed. I have been forced to go to the McDonalds nearby just so I can get my morning work done. I have been to Einstein’s in other parts of the country and have found them to be clean and professionally managed(Colorado for example). So, I suspect it is an area issue.
