**UPDATE: I did receive a refund notice via email and the charge amount was restored to my bank account. No apology for all the trouble it took to get my own money back! Most companies will offer an olive branch to restore good faith. Not Einstein Brothers. So they’re not thieves. Just bad at customer relations.

Extremely poor service by couple of young girls… have been going to this location for last 4 yrs at least and have seen service go down and down… this time I am done and will drive 4 min longer to Denton Tap location to get better service but won’t go back to this location again! I went there on sat morning and the girl that was helping me seemed to have woken up on wrong side of the bed! I changed my ordered as I was checking out bc I realized that there is a better deal! That change did not go well with the girl that was serving me and started literally throwing bagels around from the bag to the box, shaking her head that in disgust that I changed my order and she had to do re-ring the new one. too bad! .will never go to this location!

This is my favorite EB in the area. Super friendly Staff… every thing I’ve ever tried has been amazing(I’ve gone here way too many times to list everything I love here) …coffee is always good and always freshly made. Never takes long to get your order and the atmosphere is perfect if you’re wanting to sit and chitchat over coffee with friends or just enjoy some down time. Habds down my favorite EB!

Poorly run restaurant. Staff was unprofessional, food took a long time to get to us and restaurant was dirty, especially bathroom and drink area. Food was decent.

Didn’t get to spend much time there so my review will be brief. I love the whole set up. There was a nice atmosphere there and the workers looked happy to be there(this was a morning visit). Nonetheless will be back soon. BTW the blueberry muffins are great!

I wasn’t expecting a real NY bagel from a nationwide chain, but the bagels were far from be tasty. I don’t know why I keep going here. Every time I’ve gone, it’s not been great. I love bagels, it’s the perfect breakfast food that fills you up and really satisfies your morning cravings. They have so many different kinds of bagels that’s tough to choose so you want to come here over and over again. But this place pissed me off. 20 minutes for 1 bagel? That’s not right. The food is not that cheap for quality. Manager and staff are super friendly and fast with service. They always greet me with a smile. I love it! I don’t know that I’ll be returning to this location but it might be worth a thought if I am in need of a change up for breakfast in the area.

Decent location, I love that they open super early(5AM). I usually order the Asiago bagel toasted with regular cream cheese but if I’m feeling something sweet I recommend the cinnamon apple toasted with cinnamon sugar shmear. The cinnamon apple bagel is basically a bagel topped with a cinnamon sugar compote baked on top of it, there were plenty of apples in each bite. The amount of cream cheese that they put into your bagel depends on whose making your bagel… Good large clean location, early hours, and good bagels!

Good food, terrible service at this location! 5 of my last 5 experiences there ruined by a long wait for food despite short line, one person behind counter was more worried about cleaning than serving, and only one person completing the orders. Lastly, I never got a greeting or anything resembling customer service. Go to another location!

Omg. I thought it was just me who thought the service was slow. I always show up around 10am, when there is little to no line. Yet the employees seem to still be confused when filling a dozen bucket order(with no slicing) Just shove them in a box and GO! You make me get my own cream cheese, so you have no excuse. GO! And learn how to use the cash register, please. Thanks.

Slowest moving Einstein Bros ever… somewhat empty restaurant but people stood in line forever. Ordered the typical. Nova Lox. I also tried the southwest turkey sausage with asiago bagel. Not a fan of the spread they put on it. The original spread on the nova lox is creamy & delish! Their white chocolate mocha coffee is pretty good too – very flavorful with the right amount of sweetness.

Decent bagels and great«shmears». Service was fine on a slow Monday morning. I ordered the egg panini with a spinach and bacon based on the recommendation of the bagel artist. Not to bad but I swear that panini generated its own heat. I slowly ate it. A good 15 minutes later I was halfway done so I took it apart. Steam still rolling out of it. Overall taste was ok but I’ll try something else next time.

Oh this place… SLOWSLOWSLOW! and they made my order wrong. They just need to get their ingredients ready and they’ll be set. I was there mid morning so it wasn’t like they just open and not fully ready. I ordered a nova lox with no capers and tomato. What did they do? give me capers and tomato after waiting 15 mins for it. They made it wrong and I had to wait another 5 mins. Ridiculous!

I usually go to the one in Coppell, but I’ve been to this location twice on weekday mornings for breakfast. Both visits were not very satisfied. Food and drinks — standard Einstein quality. Restaurant — Not so clean. Acceptable. Service — SLOW, if you order something more«complicated», such as eggs and mushrooms instead of smears. Both visits I ordered«complicated» breakfast bagels and both visits I had to see groups of people behind me enjoy their food first. The person who prepared food was also a floor server. He made some bagels and brought to your table. Nice job, but he wasted a lot of time walking in and out of the kitchen. It was just too slow. It never happened in Coppell location.

Have you had the bagel poppers? I ordered them for a group and almost ate them all myself before getting to the meeting. Dangerously good. I placed 2 orders online and they were ready for pick up the following morning. No wait. I appreciate that the most. This will be our new standard for catering sales meetings. Not only was it a hit with the sales team, but the ease for me in ordering and picking up makes it an A+

Love bagels … love that it’s close to home … love the fresh coffee … and the people here are incredibly enthusiastic about being up at the crack of dawn to sell you some bagels!

Lazy Sunday morning… The kids crawled into bed and watched a movie while my wife and I tried to snatch a few extra minutes of sleep since it is a luxury we don’t get to experience often these days. That makes this a perfect day for a bagel run. I can brush my teeth, throw on a t-shirt, shorts, and a ballcap then head out the door. This morning with the youngest in tow… Einstein Brothers is our only local option, so they always win. Fortunately for us, they offer both a decent traditional bagel and all the accoutrements as well as various flavored bagels and cream cheese«schmears.» The few coffee options are decent tasting, too. My kids are traditionalist sticking with plain bagel and cream cheese. My wife prefers the Everything, and I’m a Green Chile man myself. When I am feeling more traditional, their lox isn’t bad. It can’t compete with Central Market, but it doesn’t carry the price tag either. Since we typically only need 4 bagels and a couple of drinks, it is a cheap breakfast and worth every penny. Here’s to more lazy weekend mornings!

Einstein’s is great for breakfast or lunch. I would say this is one of the best places to get bagels in the Dallas area. I like the egg, sun-dried tomato, everything, and poppy seed bagels the best. These bagels are good any time but I mostly eat here when I’m not feeling so good. Half a toasted bagel and maybe a side of soup can make you feel so much better. The Tasty Turkey sandwich is awesome! I don’t recommend the breakfast wraps. Too much of a microwaved egg can definitely be a bad thing. I also don’t recommend their chicken noodle soup because it has canned chicken. If you like that sort of thing, rock the chicken noodle soup for sure. It has a pretty good flavor other than the canned thing. This location closes at 4pm and takes large to-go orders.

This place has many bagels and bagel-related items from which to choose. One time I ordered this nacho cheese-bagel, not something I would normally order. It wasn’t as bad as I thought it might be and was quite edible. The chicken noodle soup I found to be likeable although I have had much better-I have ordered this more than once. Their coffee isn’t bad either. They are, or at least were, part of the McDonald’s empire. McDonald’s hasn’t ruined this place yet.
