Tom was nice enough to come over and look at the (fairly easy) project and said he would get back with a detailed quote the next week. I sent him a text on the last day of that (following) week asking if he had a quote ready. Only on Tuesday he texted back that he is now too busy with other projects and has no time for my project– Grrrr! What a complete waste of my time!
Not the way I run a business, but unfortunately typical for contractors around here. If you want someone who will put YOU first, may wanna look elsewhere.
