Round Table Pizza

This location is always very clean, pizza has always come out in a prompt time for me and service has always been friendly. Not sure why such low reviews for this place…

Decided to eat here for lunch today, and ordered the usual pizza buffet. I’ve been a frequent customer for about a year now and must say that I’ve never been treated more kindly, the service is phenomenal! The Manager is a gentleman by the name of Roger who really sets the tone for this place. Oh and bye the way — the pizza is excellent!

My food took over an hour to get here. Everything was cold and completely gross. I used to love round table I don’t know what’s going on but it’s just awful now. My salad was old and inedible. Pizza was cold and nasty even after putting it in the oven and my tiramisu was smashed in the box

Everybody already knows what round table is like and the type of pizza they serve. I like coming here for the pizza buffet with my daughter. It’s close to home so we sometimes walk over for lunch. great for kids.

I am a huge fan of Round Table and have probably been going AT LEAST once a month for as long as I can remember. So for my last birthday, my sister suggested another family member buy me some gift certificates. As they do not live in town, they picked these up at this location.
However, when I attempted to redeem these certificates last weekend at my local Round Table in Mountain View, CA, I was told they were not valid as the gift certificates they had looked different. I thought this was weird since it clearly states «This certificate entitles the bearer to twenty dollars worth of Round Table Pizza menu items at your local Round Table.» After calling the issuing restaurant, I was informed that I misunderstood what «local Round Table» means. In fact, it means the 5 locations surrounding the Concord, CA location. Well played, Round Table.

Bad, bad, bad, bad delivery service! Waited over 1 hr to get my pizza delivered! From a whopping 0.3 miles away!

Been here for lunch twice now. Very clean, friendly service. Food has been hot and fresh and made to order. Would definately come back.

I came here for dine in, the staff was rude! Pizza was soggy bad taste, tables were dirty soda station was dirty. Don’t want to come here again I’ll spend my hard earned money elsewhere.

I’ve had pizza delivered to work for meetings from this Round Table and they’ve always been on time and the pizza has been hot. Today, there was a little glitch. When the delivery arrived (on time) I started to set it up for a working lunch. As I did so, I realized that I was missing one pizza! I called the Willow Pass Round Table and when I said, «you just delivered my order, but I’m missing a pizza» I was told the driver was already on his way back and that they were extremely sorry. Within 3 minutes of that call, the driver was back with a hot pizza. Since it resulted in no delay in the planned lunch, and I had signed for it without counting, I am really pleased that they realized their mistake and took steps to correct it.

So I went into the establishment for lunch. I asked to use the bathroom to wash my hands and was denied because it’s for customers only. I proceeded to ask the man if he was really going to turn me down the service of using the sink to wash my hands. He replied yes. I changed my mind about dining there and went next door to Los Gallos where I used the rest room without problems and ate delicious tacos. Too bad for you Round Table…

I’d forgotten that I had complained earlier — goes to show, the employees could care less, as we were reminded again tonight after getting a nice cold pizza delivered — again. We are used to ordering a pizza for delivery every Friday night (no longer from this address). The last 2 weeks the pizza has been delivered cold so this night we call to let the manager know. Guess what? No manager, just a supervisor named Heather. Not interested in your name or phone number, they only want your «Order Number» which figures, we’re just a number not a customer. We ask if they no longer are using hot boxes for delivery since the last 2 weeks the pizza’s been cold. Well Heather didn’t know how to answer that except to say they are busy on Friday nights. Great, and they should be busy and should hire enough people to be able to run the business. As soon as we mentioned that Heather goes off about not letting her speak and what she WAS going to be offering us. Guess what — we don’t care what you were going to do, we’ll be taking our business to another location that will appreciate the fact the customer is paying not only for the pizza but is responsible for the employees payroll check. This store needs a manager not supervisor who does not know how or what to supervise let alone anything about customer relations. Anyone want a cold pizza? Call this joint and be sure to ask for Heather.

They use to be very timely. Now it is 30 minutes late on delivery and they don’t really care. I won’t order from this location again.

I am not a person for pizza, but i went with my wife just for her sake. They have buffet system, I am vegetarian my self and they have prepared veg pizza specially for us. Food is very delicious. Customer service is nice and and i will prefer go again to this place.

great pizza, and if you don’t like the drinks they serve (like me), next door there is Mexican store that sells whatever you want dirt cheap!!!
i had personal pizza, which is super tiny but enough for one person…(barely), with 3-​toppings; garlic, tomatoes, green peppers!!! delicious!!!

Terrible customer service for this reason :
They do not respect their neighbor and they did not accept the on line promotion. The person we talk to on the phone, she did not want to even listen to our order. She hung up the phone before even we complete the order. We called again and another person responded less rude but he had no clue about the menu. My wife Love the pizza so I am giving them one star. Salvio pizza had better service and they care. Not to forget that they barely have any topping on the pizza. No more stay away We were trying to support them but there is a reason they are always slow. Management either change employee standard or get out of our area we want mom and pop pizzeria.

I ordered through eat
thinking I can just get something quick and easy to deliver to my house. I am lazy tonight, didn’t want to cook.
So I order 6 garlic parmesan twists with honey mustard sauce and 6 spicy wings with ranch.
The order took over 70 minutes to get to me and When I got it inside and looked, I heard that Tom and Jerry fail horn… wah wah wahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
5 wings… not 6, of which 4 were drumsticks. And 5. not 6 Garlic parmesan twists. I was hungry. so I ate.
I went to grab the dipping sauce.. . Only Ranch? WTH?
The wings were round table pizza … not exactly stellar, but what you expect from a pizza joint. Mediocre, but again, this isn’t a wing place, its a pizza place.
The twists were ok, a little undercooked, but palatable.
Will I order again? Eh… probably not.

never order from this place or the concord one. I tried to get them to deliver a pizza and neither the Pleasant Hill or the Concord one will deliver because I am closer to the concord one but live in Pleasant hill. Unbelievable, I guess big chains don’t need the business. I wasted about 30 minutes of my life dealing with these idiots.

The lunch time buffet lacked pizza selections. It only had room for two pizzas at a time. They kept adding supreme which is ok if you like that. We had to ask them to add peperoni for godsakes.
The workers were even watching their kids while on duty. If you like watching Sponge Bob, it’s a great place to eat.
