Pizza Guys

This was today during a call for pickup and the female at the counter failed to mention their promotion to get a free soda. I walked in a spent another 5 minutes to pay and wait for the guy to cut the pizza. The pizza was fine but the crew get an overall 1 start for lack of customer service and honesty. I don’t tolerate dishonest or lazy people. Thanks to the girl at the counter who had plenty of time to run her mouth instead of the engaging in the customer and focus on the business at hand, the store will get this review. Take some time to train of basic common courtesy and professional presentation. Sometimes, it’s the customer experience that will win the competitive edge.

It’s a good pie and wings. The flavors are great and fresh. The wings have a variety of flavors which I recommend exploring. I would order from Pizza Guys, especially for delivery any time I wanted a pie and wings.

This pizza is awful. My wife and I ordered two large pizzas for us and some friends. After a few glasses of wine the delivery guy arrived. He was right on time and polite. Once we tried the pizza, however– it was disappointing. The crust taste like a chewy, fibrous, soggy, smushed snack bread. The sauce wasn’t bad, but it didn’t make up for the weird crust. We ended up throwing most of the pizza out. I don’t recommend this place. Maybe some people expect this kind of pizza. I’m not one of those people.

Not hot and ready. Under staffed. Last time call in order was not started before I got here.

I’m giving this place 2 stars for a couple of reasons. First of all, we ordered online and selected the delivery button. Over an hour later, I was getting impatient and right then, someone from the store called and asked us if we had wanted the pizza to be delivered because it had been over an hour. Now, if I had been talking to her, I’d have said, «Yeah I’m fully aware it’s been over an hour, bitch!» But my husband was the one that took the call, and he’s much more patient than I am. According to him, however, this girl had an attitude and wasn’t apologetic (another reason I’m only giving 2 stars). So anyway, this girl said we’d have to pay the delivery fee because apparently we didn’t get charged for it at first, which I think they should have waived since it was their mistake (or a glitch with their website) but whatever (reason number 3 for the bad review). We finally got our pizza about 20 minutes later, which was still too long for how far we live from the place. The only good things I have to say about this place are that the pizza was pretty tasty, though not as hot as I would prefer because it took them forever to get it to us, and I can’t complain about the free ice cream we got with our large pizza. The delivery guy was more apologetic than the girl on the phone, but if I order from them again, I’ll do it over the phone and emphasize that I want DELIVERY.

This review is for this particular store. I’ve been a customer of pizza guys for years but this particular store gave me the worst experience I’ve ever had. I had a pizza delivered to my hotel room and the delivery guy became very rude to me when I asked him to repeat what he said. I immediately called the store and made a complaint and asked for a manager to call me back. I called back the following morning and they said the manager wasn’t in and will not be in til late afternoon. So a «manager» calls me back and ask what happened and I told him. He apologizes and tells me on my next order, he’ll throw in a free soda. Really? A free soda? I paid $ 45+ the night before and on my next order the best thing you can do for me is throw in a soda? I asked if I could return the pizzas he gave me (which gave my finance and I food poisoning to make matters worse) or a refund on my order or really anything and he said no, I can’t return the pizza or get any sort of compensation for the lack of service. This is absolute bullshit. So for any of you out there thinking of getting delivery, beware of the rude delivery service and bullshit management. I truly hope this particular establishment burns down. And if the manager is reading this right now, fuck you, you goat fucking bitch.

$ 30 delivered for the Double Deal with two Large 2-​Topping Pizza’s. I’m a fan of the half-​half toppings and got to go with the creamy pesto sauce. The green onions-​mushroom and italian sausage-​jalapenos pizza was super. Will have to order that one again. The pesto pepperoni was too dry in comparison so I’ll need to work on a different topping and sauce combo. Nice touch with the «free» online order extra Dreyers Ice Cream for dessert sweet tooth finish to the carb and fat goody overload. Delivery was within the time frame advertised — an important trait worth a star for pizza delivery.

Pizza Guys delivered 2 pizzas for $ 22.99 coupon and charged tax on $ 60.00. Horrible pizza and a major rip off.

It’s pizza and it’s cheap. Strangely it was pretty damn good. At least the pepperoni was. Staff was friendly and efficient. I didn’t think much of the place at first but it really surprised me. Personally I found it to be a better pizza than a Skipolini down the street and certainly better than the chain stuff around town. I’d definitely order pizza from here again.

pizza great delivery sucks there very stingy with chess and peppers… they also take 45 min to get the pizza driver …

Ordered pizza earlier today and it was great! The delivery man was nice and it was fast. The pizza was in great shape and delicious. A little bit pricey but Will order again.

Ordered pizza from here and I always forget how good it is. My staff loved the two pizzas they got from here and their shop is like 3 minutes away from both offices.

What can I say… I’m a self-​proclaimed pizza connoisseur. I’ve tried just about every pizza place in the area. And while I may have a good experience here and there, once or twice, Pizza Guys is consistently good! Delivery ALWAYS arrives in under an hour, and because of that, is always still nice and hot. Pizza perfection :)

if negative stars were possible that is what i would vote. the people are rude and the food isnt worth the torment of dealing with them. if you want good pizza look elsewhere. these guys act like they dont want your business, so dont give it to them.
i ordered pizza and they left part of my order out while saying my order i did (through a site specializing in online orders) didnt include other instructions to keep cheese and dairy off of my vegan roommates pizza. she didnt eat, we didnt get any sort of apology and they wont get any more of our money.

I used to love this place… maybe the ownership changed. I work near this location so we order frequently. But lately the pizza has less & less cheese, little sauce & way over cooked. I even found hairs! Plural! In my pizza. Very disappointing. Only go here if u have $ 20 & need to feed several people. Besides the 2 Latin counter girls, their customer service is lackluster (the management). I’m giving 1 extra star for past experiences. Once I reported the hair in my pizza, she offered me a free pizza. That new pizza looked like it was cooked 24 hours prior! Nasty & dry & hard. I’m not eating here anymore even if it’s free. Yuck. Spend a little extra & get better quality from Round Table down the street.

I don’t know what these other reviews are talking about. My experience is they make you wait on hold for 5 – 10 min, the online ordering has never worked and they over charge for mediocre pizza.
Soda is $ 3 and delivery fee is $ 3. No one who answers the phone speaks English so you have no clue if they got your order right. Honest review. Avoid, I like Pizza my way.

We got a coupon in the mail for this place and decided to try it since we recently moved to the area and don’t really have a favorite pizza place yet. the deal was for a large pizza and when we went to go place the order online, the price of the deal was under the «minimum delivery order fee» FORCING you to order something else to make the minimum. this pissed me off but my husband convinced me we should give it a try anyways.
we picked something else out and when we got to the final page the added on yet ANOTHER ludacris fee… and «$ 3 delivery fee» WTF… we decided at this point this place was a rip off and vowed to NEVER attempt to order from this place again.
we ended up ordering a pizza from Bambino’s…it was AWESOME and I highly recommend if you want some real pizza!

I ordered a delivery thru their website. Very easy ordering; veggie pizza plus some buffalo chicken wings plus one large family size coke. The total was around $ 50. I think it was too much but that’s fine as long as the pizza tastes good.
The taste: non greasy delicious pizza! the wings were not that bad but little salty.
Delivery was on-​time!

Just had our wedding on Friday & I was super excited to finally eat some deliciously fattening pizza now that i no longer have a wedding dress to fit into. We ordered from here last night. Won’t again unless i have a real craving for only buffalo wings.
The pizza was just terrible. We got a large BBQ, chicken, bacon, onion pizza & a large extra cheese pizza. They were so dry and chewy I think I had only 1 slice of each. Even the dog had a hard time chewing the crust. I’m also curious where the sauce was… both pizzas where basically bone dry, one with such a small amount of BBQ sauce on top of it that I had to add from my own fridge.
1 star for Buffalo wings. They were awesome!!!
1 star for being low cost & giving us ice cream for spending over a certain amount…
though honestly, I just want my money back for this left over pizza I don’t want to eat that’s in the fridge.
