Great ventilation, color selection (regular and shellack) prompt, and friendly service. Cindy did a great job adding a 4th of July design to my nails and did not charge me extra! I will definitely be going back! They seem to have several results all of which they know by name.

Only local shop I’ve found that has ventilation hoods over each nail station. Prices are reasonable. I have found some of the technicians to be rather rough, and had to ask them to use a lighter touch. It’s still a win, just on the basis of the care they take to reduce the fumes.
I also find the hours awkward– as the last reviewer mentioned, it can be hard to get in as they are not open late or on Sundays.

I’ve tried most of the nail shops in Concord and am consistently happy with my Pro Nail experience. The technicians are friendly, efficient and skilled. The shop is very clean and they take special care to reduce the fumes from all the chemicals which is obvious when you walk in — no yucky nail salon smell.
The only detractor for me is the hours. The owner is family focused (a very good thing!) so the shop isn’t open on Sundays or late on weeknights.

I don’t normally write a review… but this was the worse nail salon I have ever been to. The «nail technician» was rough, rude, and unpleasant. And when I left not only was she not to be found, but i was asked how much i was going to leave for a tip… I will never go back… very poor service (and I’m not the type to write these type of «reviews»).
