Sat down in April 2014 for at least 3 hrs. with Linda Wink in the Cabinet Design Dept. of the Concord, CA store. She listened well, produced a plan for Kraft Maid cabinets, then sent a contractor out to estimate cost. Problem is, at this point there was a disconnect. Plan was not unexpectedly incomplete, but Ms. Wink did not respond to numerous calls/​e-​ms for clarification and completion. Very disappointing… also, after finally drawing up a satisfactory plan with Diablo Valley Cabinetry, realize that it is all important for the designer to physically come to the site to evaluate particular nuances and modify as needed. Our designer, Dee K., from Diablo Valley did the measuring, and then subsequently came out multiple times to study the configuration and to make necessary alterations before order placed.
