I Love this store! Cute and affordable! I don’t usually write Unilocal reviews but I need to make sure people know how outstanding the costumer service is! Suzanna was so helpful and handled the register crashing with such grace and charm! The only reason I’m not giving this place five stars is because they need a better cash register system.

Yay! There’s another new location of Aussie brand Cotton On. They’re quickly expanding here in the Bay Area. This location is at the Sun Valley Mall. This store just opened up on Halloween. It is a little bit bigger than its SF counterpart in the Westfield Mall. Unlike a lot of clothing stores that squeeze in a Men’s section, I’d say the men’s department is actually about ½ the store, so that’s nice for the dudes.
Cotton On features fairly inexpensive casual cute basics. Their normal prices are pretty low, but their sales are amazing! There’s a sale rack in the back of the store and it’s always the first place I head to. I’ve seen $ 5 shirts, skirts & shorts. I think the quality of the materials is much better than other cheap, trendy clothing shops too. I’ve purchased quite a few things from other Cotton On locations and I can say the clothes are durable and comfortable. The store also has shoes & accessories at great prices. Sunglasses are $ 5, but I even got a pair for a $ 1 once at a location in Australia. Their Ked-​lookalikes are my favorite shoes! They’re about $ 10 and oh so comfortable. They’re extra low cut too for maximum ankle exposure. This store didn’t have any though this time. Bummer.
