I love this store, the clothes are cute & well-​made, the clothing doesn’t look like it’s just for tweens or high school kids. The customer service here has alway been good. Finding someone to unlock a changing room can be a challenge, but they usually send someone pretty quickly to get a room started for you.
They usually always have my sizes here, and they have a good selection & great sales!

No stars… What a rip off tried to purchase some clothes from them… Signs everywhere saying clearly sweaters were buy one get one 50% off. Joggers were additional 60% off. We get to the cashier and everything rings up full price, she called a «Mgr» over and explained what we saw clearly marked signs everywhere! Mgr says yeah they are correct and then walked away… WTF! Yeah they are but why aren’t they being discounted when we tried to pay for them?!? Then the poor cashier is lost and looking at us for direction… Like the clothes, staying away from this store in particular for the ridiculous exp!

Lock their dressing rooms & then don’t have anyone to let you in. Asked repeatedly & waited 10 minutes!

I am not happy with my shopping there, i bought a pair of jeans for my husband and after a while the zipper broke, so we went there to exchange it, we stayed on line and explained the situation so they got the jeans back and said to go get the new pair instead of they bring us or even help us to find that, after we got that, it was a long line and as they already got the jeans and put on the computer they just need to take of the security clip from it, so I went to give it the same lady but with attitude she said u have to stay in line, so i stayed in line for 20 mins because of their bad quality.

Love everything here. The clothe’s are great and there are always great deals to be found. If you sign up for the emails/​newsletters they send extra 30−40% off deals. The selection of clothing can be compared to Hollister and Abercrombie maybe even a little Aeropostale but it has a more casual look, not so stiff. If that makes sense?
I’m a fan of the (Men’s) cargo shorts. They look and feel exactly like the Abercrombie cargo shorts but are only like $ 49? maybe $ 39? My emails tell me when there is an all shorts $ 25 weekend and then I go in a stock up. So far I have bought 3 for my younger brother, 2 for the other brother and 1 pair for the hubby but looking to buy him more since they go with about everything. The women’s clothing is awesome as well and after your purchase here they give you a promo code to use across the hall at Aerie for a percentage off your purchase from there for that day. Sweet!
This location in general is usually nice and organized, and they give you an extra 10% off at the checkout for checking in via Facebook! Awesome! The only con to this store is that the fitting rooms are always full and it takes a while to flag someone down to open up the doors if there is one available but other then that, very pleasant experiences at this store all around. Good job guys! Keep it up!
